Three week guaranteed or three week current year? Current years are taking like three months to process, and the guaranteed three-weeks seem to either hit on time or they take a few months, based on people I've seen posting their experiences.

So while pricing a non-elite card today, I entered in a price that was over $100. When i saw that I would get charged a $2 fee, I changed the price back, but it looks like it still took the original price that instigated the $2 charge to my account. I don't recall ever saving the "above $100" price for the card.

I immediately changed the price to $99.99 so it wouldn't have elite pricing.

Any idea how I can get that $2 fee refunded? The website is clear as mud as to how I can contact them about this.

Staff@comc.com - I've made a few mistakes like that and both times they refunded me.

I sent COMC 40 cards in August and they are still not listed on the COMC website. Is this normal? I sent them an email already.

A price of $99.99 is an Elite item ($100.24 with the .25 embedded charge). You have to set a price of under $99.74 to not be charged an Elite fee.

Perhaps this has been discussed already, but how is it that COMC takes forever for Cash Outs? Have customers not complained about this? It seems incredible that in 2020 a site could get away with a system that isn't automated, let alone one that takes 5+ days. Not only that, but they blame it on the pandemic.

What service level have you been using? The guaranteed services have generally hit on time...

They refunded me shortly after my email which was nice. But they didn’t make any mention of the above pricing you mentioned being elite. I have a card that was already deemed elite so it didn’t cost an additional $2. After this refund, they didn’t mention that I needed to change my price and it is a non-elite card per their standards.

Never messed with having an “elite” card on their site until this week so I’m clueless on the pricing structure for all of this. I tried to read about it and thought I had priced accordingly with the $99.99 but I’ll likely change it just to be safe.

4 cards uploaded into my port in last three days that are not mine. Considering how many cards I recently sent in that scares the crap out of me how often this may be occurring. I submitted a correction request, twice, on the first one advising of the issue three days ago and they have viewed and done nothing with it. The three tonight I have sent corrections on advising the same. Well see what happens.

Even there eBay orders are delayed now I messaged them and got the same generic covid response. Needed the cards for a signing a went through Beckett instead and got the same amount of cards from Burbank sports cards in less than a week . Comc has had my order since 11/4 via eBay .

I recently had one take 6 days so I get what you're saying. But at the end of the day COMC is a business, and they will make it as hard as possible to get money out of their ecosystem.

Every Paypal cashout I have ever requested is completed in 3-4 business days. Hardly forever. I agree it should be automated. The assumption is that they have to be approved.

I'm guessing that's because of the horrific new e-pack website that has more bugs than features
