It will be interesting to see how the Gold Rainbow Foils shake out price wise compared with standard Rainbow foils.

I have to think they do pretty well, there are so many fewer gold foils than rainbows.

Sorry if it's been answered a bunch, which I assume it has, but this thread is moving way too quickly. How have Hobby Box breaks been?

Im assuming the pricing on the 2 to be skewed the 1st couple days with all the jumbo busted yesterday. I think in a couple weeks we'll have a better idea.

Brent stated on twitter: The Gerrit Cole SP in series 1 is not part of the 75 card SP set. And in fact is much easier to hit than the basic variations. Gerrit is just about 1 per case.

I have wanted to start a thread for Indianapolis. I have not seen what looks like a restock of just about anything since around Christmas.

Picked up a few 2020 Series 1 hangers at a Target up the road here in Fort Wayne this morning--maybe you're getting close? But same here as far as restocks--we had a few 2019 Chrome hanger packs a few weeks ago and aside from that, it's been very stale.

No, these aren't like Prizm. Series 1 baseball will be plentiful for months.

Thanks to you and everyone else for chiming in on this. I'm in the Chicago area and no sign around me yet. I'll check again tomorrow.

Just watched the 1/1 Keaton Huira super auto pulled from a silver pack.

I picked the wrong case

Jumbo > Hobby due to the gold foils. I just opened a hobby case and it’s rough. I hit zero good rookie parallels because there’s just not that many parallels in the case. I did hit a red auto Soto and an Independence Day Acuna, but those are really the only notable cards.

I’m not saying I had a bad case, just long odds and hits are few and far between

Just snagged 5 hangers from Walgreens at lunch. Opened 4, get 6 yellows per. Best yellows were Luzardo, Puk, Solak. Got 7 yellow rookies out of the 4. Also got a Cease on card auto. Will check others after work.

I generally don't complain about card design but I hate these. I opened 1 hobby and 1 Jumbo. I know the big rookies but had to go back through the stack b/c the RC logo just seems small and to be lost in the card design. Here is a scan of what I found. Only noticed 1 Variation off hand but I'll have to go back through them.

Love that kershaw. Such a clean card design

Gold Rainbows > Gold > Rainbow probably.

I love the 85 Topps design but then I was a child of the 80s.
