On another note my account is suspended from placing bids because I thought I lost my credit card and locked it. Then I stupidly placed an offer I thought wasn't going to be accepted, and it was. Wish they could have used paypal balance as a backup as now I have to go through panini support....

I would love to see something like trade in 50 base for a Gold pack. That's one way to get the base to start moving.

Cool Challenge.

AD reward is a nice nod to the 2012-13 throwback design. AD in current uni in his RC design.

Utilizing base cards is a plus. And getting creative with the checklist (all Kentucky alums) adds a little extra fun in the mix.

Yeah, but checklist was already out several weeks ago (with AD missing), so should not do any short time changes and the Kentucky/Base connections is also a good move IMO.

Base are worthless minus 5-10 players max (not RC's). Sell now while the getting's good.

Like I said, I decided to pass..these things (with the exception of the Lebron Silver Challenge but those packs were $49) seem to just have diminishing value as each week goes and that's with Luka/Zion challenges. Another minted to 500 insert, when the other minted to 500 inserts, the majority sell less than the pack price, I just feel like I'd be throwing money away. Maybe because it's a more popular insert it'll do better, but I'd rather monitor it at this point than put more money in

Yeah, I hear you. But in a "regular" card market, don't you expect to lose money on packs? Typically when we buy a box of cards, we should expect to get 20-30% value, right? We do it for the chance of pulling that monster.

Same with these packs. Unless you pull a Luka, LeBron, Giannis, Curry, etc...you're likely going to lose on the packs.

I'm keeping some sealed in case these take off. Opening some just for the enjoyment and maybe do the challenge. We'll see.
