My FL silver I tried to undercut with (and have since been undercut myself now that I'm checking) has had 2 offers on IG over last comp of 2400. With tie dyes gaining steam I'm surprised that hasn't been paid for. Seems like a no brainer for whoever won that.

Had a guy at my LCS yesterday tell me I overpaid for my PSA 9 Orange Prizm RC at $1800. Same guy was earlier telling us how he bought a case of 19-20 NT Basketball for $16k which he opened, said he sold everything and got $5.5k return. Alrighty then....

You wouldn't even believe this if I told you, but there are:

12,159 PSA 10 Luka Doncic Prizm Base Rookies - approx value $1200
1,802 PSA 10 Luka Doncic Prizm Silver rookies - approx value $5700

And the Doncic numbers keep on climbing at a very fast pace.

There are:

820 PSA 10 Mahomes Prizms - approx value $7500
1,977 PSA 10 Mahomes Donruss Optic - approx value $1500

This proves a couple things:

1) how underproduced Prizm football is compared to Prizm basketball
2) and if Mahomes becomes the biggest athlete on the planet, there is STILL much room for value appreciation. I would not be shocked to see $20k Prizms and $5k Optics this season

My PSA order comes in Tuesday, I had a Luka base pop GEM10. Think it'll be one I move sooner than later, just because there is something like 12k population GEM mint. Can't stay in the thousands forever when there is that many of it, I'd think..?

This one being at $12k is the most shocking thing so far.

A member here owned that at one time. I didn't pursue it due to the obvious print line that BGS is usually extremely tough on, I bet if you cracked and resubbed it would 8.5 or 9.

Too high, I don't understand how know one bidding sees that, but perhaps they don't care. It's a pretty common flaw on the Red Power Prizm as well, part of the danger of the Xfractor pattern.

Jesus christ with the pumping. There is probably hundreds+ of these cards at PSA right now for Mahomes. He was cheap in eyes until recently.

It's not the same, but Tom Brady doesn't have a base non auto rookie that sells for that much.

You want to talk about value, what about the 2017 Select? Those are incredibly lower than Optic or Prizm.

If Mahomes and the Chiefs do well this year, I could see his prices surging more, but there's a lot more factors in play there.

12,000 might be a lot, but there are lots more Luka collectors than Mahomes becasue basketball is an international game. Football is not . Mahomes is huge, but Luka, should he keep doing his thing, prices will be unbelievable.

I don't doubt there are 100s of Mahomes Prizm at PSA right now, but most of the people hoping for 10s will be disappointed (myself included I'm sure.)
