So if Judge keeps it up and Boston starts losing- thoughts on MVP? Or was it lost with the 6 week slump he had?!

Based on articles I have read.... A voter would be pressed not to vote for Judge if he helps win the division. The guy deserves it more than anyone in his league. How the voters will vote will be interesting.

Such a unique circumstance with two completely different players to look at.

"at this point" = true. but the question was posed if judge gets on fire and leads the yanks to the division title would he get it and he most assuredly will have a lot more than a chance IF those things happen.

Yankees would have to win AL East and he'd have to hit 50 HR IMO for him to be considered for MVP. Old guys don't like voting for rookies, either.

Well that's not what I meant. At this point, there's nothing he can do in the next 11 games to win. ROY is locked up

Nah, you guys are too big of a homers. I'm a realist. There's no chance he wins MVP regardless what he does to end the season.

What a special season by this young man. I never would have thought or guessed I would see a rookie season of this magnitude (outside of Trout) with power in my lifetime.

I really hope he can lead the Yanks past the Sox because I'm sick of losing to the Yankees in the playoffs LOL.

Yeah, youve been real wrong the whole time. He hits 49+ hes going to have the numbers for 1st place mvp votes. He does that and wins the al east. Flip a coin.

Yes, excuse me. MVPS!

He has 8 homers this month, theres still like 12 games left or something. Teams arent going to be burning out their best guys trying to get judge out. You know what will happen? Scrubs are gonna test him, and theyll get burned

Haven't been wrong about anything, lol. He is not going to win AL MVP. Not going to surpass Trout or Ramirez. And Altuve already has it locked up.

If Judge hits 50 and Yankees win the division, I don't see how you can't give it to him. Nobody else is really making a surge at this point.
