They have not dropped paypal. Buyers can still use it to pay. My sales are averaging 200 plus a day this month.

Before i switched i was getting lots of buyers wjo could not pay because they did mot want to use paypal. Since switch my non payers are very rare. In 2020 i have given less than a dozen non payment strikes.

JJust looking you have one item with 10 watchers you need to either A raise the price or lower it. Or end it and relist it. Too many watchers is not great for search ranking.

You have listed 2 new items since Nov 1st and only 5 since October 7th. You need to try to list 5 new items a day. Even if it means ending one and relisting it using sell similar. That boosts your rankings on all your items. Goes back to views and watchers hurting.

You do not accept returns and many items are not free shipping that hurts your search ranking. The benefits of offering free 30 day returns over not outweighs the negatives.

Are you promoting items? Also you have less than 50 items listed so that does not cast a wide net.

I don't think I will make a killing on it or anything, but I found a 1978 Tonka Bell Systems Play Set in the box this weekend. All the parts are there, including the trucks, and it is in mint condition. If nothing else, I had fun putting it all together for pictures!

Not a thrift store or garage / estate sale pickup but I just found a box of Schaper Stomper cars and truck in the attic that were mine when I was a kid. I had completely forgot that my parents kept them. I had no idea that they were worth so much!!!

Loved those. Took them to the beach and carved out tracks in the sand for them to ride thru.

Had some nice luck at the estate sale today. A NWOT 1980s Satin Cowboys Jacket for 20.00. Several nice record albums to add to my collection and the best is one that is going to take a while to realize 3 scrapbooks the owner made from their trips to the Country Music Fan Fair every year. There are about 100 to 150 autographs and candid photos of man celebrities.

The best may be a signed Keith Whitley photo. But there are some from many now deceased musicians and actresses. Will have to go through them all some are obvious who it is others not so. Glen Campbell, Mel Tillis, Tammy Wynette are 3 I have identified. There are several Barbara Mandrell signed photos. This collection is just something else almost hate to part it out.

I kick myself daily for donating dozens of old concert tees to Goodwill about 10 years ago. Was just making space, had no idea the market for them. I've seen many of them sell for hundreds each.

Between 1992 and 2001 I went to every metal show that came to Austin/San Antonio/Houston or Dallas and bought a shirt or 3 at each one. Wore every one of them until they got ruined with paint or holes in em and then threw them away. I'd probably have a million dollars in shirts now if I knew then what I know now lol.

Yeah he had a short career that was ended too soon with his passing in 1989. Does not have a lot of signatures out there in general compared to others.

The scrapbook sounds incredible. I've been a huge Keith Whitley fan for a long time. In fact, "When you say nothing at all" was sung in the church at my wedding 22 years ago. Keith had a very short, but very memorable career.

If you have a minute, go to YouTube and listen to "Tell Lorrie I Love Her" by Keith Whitley. It's a song he wrote in dedication of his wife, Lorrie Morgan, shortly before his death. It was included posthumously on his Greatest Hits album. It is absolutely haunting!

Lorrie Morgan killed Keith Whitley.

As for his music, he was nothing short of amazing. Flyin' Colors is a great song, as is Some Old Side Road.

She knew he had addiction problems and, IMO, did things that made them worse.

They have been for about 4 or 5 years now. They have actually dropped in price from where they were about 3 years ago but still sell well. Some that sell for 100 now were bringing 200. The market is hugely flooded from what it was then.

I had a lot about 4 years ago where i picked up about 15 of them mostly levi garrett tobacco ones and sold them for an average of 250.00 each on a 20 dollar investment

What price would you guys consider picking up 1000 DVD's? Or would you not want to mess with it all?

An interesting find earlier this month. A huge lot of baseball hats. Whats interesting is they are snapbacks but look/feel like the mesh backs (but they are not mesh). I am assuming they late 80s, since one of the hats is the Padres and is the brown/orange color set (only used from 85-90). They are probably more common then I realize, I just havnt came across any from this era/style before.

I bought 50 today along with about 5 cds and 100 records for 15.00. In bulk like thst i do no more than 25 cents each unless there is special circumstances on them.

I have a fairly decent outlet for them though. I sell about 100 a month or so through my flea market booth.

I would go around 10 cents per disc. Personally, I'd probably pass, but mostly because I don't have the storage space at the moment and I'm slow at listing things.

It also depends on if they are disc only or have cases.

I like the idea of eBay's new managed payments, with fees coming out right away, i just don't like using my bank account. I like my PayPal account that separates my "play money".

I opened up a separate account specifically for eBay. Nothing else goes in or out besides eBay money.

So I just bought the Lego Lone Ranger Constitution Train Chase 79111 for $20. It was open in the box, but the gentleman I bought it off of said all the pieces were there. For $20, I figured it was worth the gamble.

I counted all the pieces and found there to be over the set amount of pieces for the set. The set is 699. This had around 725.

Would you take the time to build it out to make sure it's all there so you can get full price which seems to be around 150-200. Or would you part it out (still would have to build certain pieces) or just sell it as a lot and explain to the buyer that it's possibly incomplete and just take the 70-$80 sale.

I have no kids and I've built Lego sets before, although be it smaller sets than 699 pieces and to me it was very time consuming as I'm not a Lego guy. Thoughts?
