They really need to get MLB to sell them at least one base for each game.

They must not be switching them out this post season, so apparently there's only one per base per position per game rather than going 1-3, 4-6, 7-9+ with swaps.

I have not seen the panel on the playoff baseballs, but there must be a series logo which means the only real jewel is probably that on a 1/1, then maybe the logoman and the "official mlb ball" printing on /5s, maybe they snuck part on the /10 for someone lucky.

Nonetheless, the uniqueness of the cards is lost this year not having the base and jewels.

Really nice pic on the Arozarena card.
Thought about the /10 relic auto again, but just went with /99 auto this time, especially since it was a lost game for the Rays.

Received my six boxes of "2020 Topps X Alonso" and opened up one.

Got an Alonso on-card autograph and the some nice rookie cards.

Very nice cards.

Is anyone else still waiting for their Nate Pearson auto /99?? Those that have received them does it say completed? Just trying to figure out if I need to sit on hold for an hour to figure out what’s going on.

The battle continues in both the NLCS and ALCS as the Dodgers and Astros were both victorious in last night's games. The Dodgers overcame an early Atlanta lead - getting two home runs from Corey Seager and a memorable blast from catcher Will Smith as he faced Braves reliever Will Smith. Down 1-0 in Game 6, the Astros scored seven runs from the fifth to the seventh inning to force a Saturday night Game 7 showdown. But I might hold off until WS at this point.

I am so surprised on what players sell out lightning quick within seconds and what players can remain unsold (I saw the Arozarena # to 25 Auto still available now, a day after release).

I wonder if it's driven by fandom (lack there of) or speculation to resell (low confidence, FMV valuation or historical precedent of pricing)

It's only "1 per person" so I'd think it wouldn't be driven by resellers looking to turn a profit.

You'd think there's at least 25 Arozarena fans, 'tho there are higher print runs at lower prices.

I like the photo on the card, it captures the spirit of the game.

In the comic book hobby, they see manufacture / printer defects and flaws as "variants" that often carry a premium.

Hold onto it, try to sell it as an abnormality and maybe the card hobby sees it the same way as a prestige.

Personally, I see it as damaged. Like a car touting having short break-lines and no rust protection coating on the paint. The comic hobby is filled with eccentric folks 'tho, and sometimes it crosses over to the card hobby as parallel personality traits.

It's actually just "1 per transaction", so one person can buy as many /99 autos (or whatever serial) as they want, as long as he/she completes the transaction on separate occasions.
A lot of the pre-sellers on eBay are doing this with the desirable autos.

Went for the Seager /25 and the Will Smith /10 relic but the Will Smith sold out during checkout. Ended up getting both /25 and somehow duplicated my order. Oh well, never had this happen before.

Yeah, I am familiar with the error/variants in cards and the potential for a premium. I was just wondering if this kind of thing happened that often in Topps Now cards. I would think the quality control would be a little higher on "on demand" cards, as opposed to the normal retail cards Topps produces every year. BTW, I do not own a non-glossy Topps Now card.

What an exciting night of baseball! We now have a World Series contender established in the American League, while the NLCS is pushing onto a pivotal Game 7.

Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Rays for clinching their second World Series berth in franchise history. They were led last night by the ALCS MVP Randy Arozarena and starter Charlie Morton. Arozarena set a new record for rookie postseason home runs with his two-run blast in the first inning. He also became the first rookie position player to earn MVP honors in an LCS. Charlie continued his streak of Game 7 dominance - allowing just two hits in 5.2 innings while striking out six.

In the National League, we will see Game 7 action tonight as the Dodgers took last night's contest with a 3-1 victory. Dodgers starter Walker Buehler hurled six shutout innings to earn the win. We are going to commemorate these moments with the following autographs and autographed relics. Here are the cards available:
