Those who can afford to spend that kind of money for the most desirable rare parallels and variations for their never-for-sale PCs are fine with the fluctuations. For everyone else, it seems they are just watching their bank account rise and fall with every AB and responding accordingly.

My guess is that those who don't know baseball, that might wait it out until the next hot streak...wont be smart enough to sell during that rebound. They will get greedy. Then a dip will happen, again. It's what got them into their current situation of not understanding how baseball works.

This makes sense and I didn't really look at it from this POV. Although, if your financial situation is riding on one player's performance over the course of two months you're probably not making sound financial decisions to begin with.

But even if this is the case, it still doesn't explain the middle school amateurs filling up the thread with their short-sighted Snack Pack nonsense.
