I like CGC by the way. Nice slabs, labels, and good standards. Don’t get why they feel the need to grade stolen cards though.

Weird CSG update:
I recently had a bulk sub finalize the grading process and ship but I noticed that CSG sent the 10 card portion of the bulk with subgrades through FedEx. I was 100% certain I chose USPS for all CSG shipping since that's the only service that I could pay for insurance through CSG at the same time of my submission. I pulled up my invoices and, sure enough, they had "RMS" for my shipping service - Registered Mail Service through USPS. So I called customer service to find out why it was switched and to make sure all of my remaining subs were to shipped through the USPS service I paid for up front. Customer service couldn't explain why my sub got switched to FedEx besides claiming it was an accident. The rest of this bulk sub was also switched to FedEx for some reason but we were able to get it swapped to USPS because it hadn't been shipped yet. So, pretty weird. Since FedEx isn't insured with CSG, it could be a costly mistake. I'm not too worried, but that 10 card sub has been with FedEx for 6 days now and is "delayed". I think it will eventually make it to me but I wonder what CSG will do if it is lost since I paid for USPS RMS insured but they shipped FedEx uninsured. Anyway - if you've got subs coming back from CSG, maybe give their customer service a call to make sure you're getting the return shipping service you paid for. |

I don't agree with that approach, but I can understand why they would do that. |

Anyone know where the grades are visible in their portal? Have a sub in grading/encapsulation and haven't completed one before. Are they visible in the same line once grading has been completed?

You can only view them once they’ve shipped

Got my cards back last night. Nice feeling. Nothing great, just PC cards. Got knocked hard on a diamond cut, but very fair.

Anyone else checking out the new registry? It seems that you can navigate your way to pop reports of some cards at least, but the numbers don't seem right...??

54 card bulk order. Tracking showed it was delivered on 4/1, and logged into the system on 6/4. It had been in Grading / Imaging for a few weeks, finally shipped today. Cards are scheduled to arrive on 10/1. Exactly 6 months to the day after they arrived at the facility I will finally have them back. Quite a journey.

Checked just now and it states, they are now opening packages delivered sep. 20. Last time I checked, it was like early May for a long time. Is CSG finally starting to catch up?

I shipped my first order to them in early September and it's showing in the system as logged on 9/17 and is "scheduled for grading".

Thinking about another 50 card bulk…is bulk speeding up some?

Hate to do this for the CSG fans but this order is completely unacceptable. I will never send another dime to this company. Comics yes, cards no. If this is the quality Rubin is going to pump out with Fanatics, we are screwed.

Are those scratches or scuffs? I got some with scuffs just like the ones in your video and I literally just hit the case with an eraser and the scuffs came right off no problem. The cases look perfect now. Try it and post an update if it works. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not quite sure you mentioned it in the video, but did your cases have some scuffs on them? Seriously man, you praise them for their grade quality and then bag the hell out of them because some cases were scuffed. I've received MANY scuffed cases from PSA and BGS. It's not a CSG-only problem.
