Need some help with this one. NWT The Game university of Texas SnapBack, but the embroidery is obviously not burnt orange. It’s more of a maroon color. Is this legit, or is it a mistake or bootleg? The tags look good, the inside of the SnapBack has the embossed logo.

I look on ShopGoodwill fairly regularly but have never made a purchase. In my opinion, most everything there i look at is way overpriced. It seems like things sell for right at full retail. I mainly search for sports memorabilia, baseball cards, and cast iron.

Good for you if you found something to make money off of.

I won a couple things a while back but when I got it it was nothing like the pics.. I had to fight for a refund for a Gameboy Advance SP they said it was in good working condition but the charger port was broken and of course there were no pics in listing of it. Usually everything is insanely overpriced anyways

I wish I could sell sports cards on shopgoodwill.......people go freaking CRAZY bidding on garbage on that site.

I've bought a handful of things, but it's few & far between that I get a bargain on an item to flip

I do not like the format for the goodwill site though. It doesnt sen an email out when your watched items are about to end so you remember to bid on them. I had 4 watched items last night I got on too late for and I would have paid a lot more than the winners did. Their ineptness is costing them $$$

Man this new eBay authenticity selling program works like a charm. Guy tried to open a return case when I had no returns on and the case was closed by eBay in less than 3 minutes. Love it.

I found a new tool via YouTube from the Homeschooling Picker. It’s called google lens. It’s through the google photo app. You take a picture and it analyzes the item. I tried it on my dog and it even got his breed (Morkie) right lol. For example I was at goodwill the other day and saw a vintage piece of glassware. Didn’t know what was called so I took a picture of it and it told me what it was called so I could look it up on eBay. This will be very helpful come garage sale season because some items, especially antiques I know nothing about. Just thought I would share in case anyone didn’t know about that cool little tool.

Wow. I have a bunch of pre recorded nba games from the late 80s, early 90s. This might be interesting.

BOLO ALERT! Toys from PBS shows minus Sesame Street. I found this little bag of 7 small figurines, about 2.5 inches tall from the Wild Kratts for $1.25. I was shocked at how much these little toys sell for. I learned about those from the Homeschooling Picker a few weeks ago otherwise I wouldn't have looked them up.

Had one of my better recent thrift store finds earlier today. A like new, if not actually new pair of Nick's Boots. They didn't have the box or leather laces, but I have already ordered a pair of laces from Nick's. Should get $400-$500 for them.

This is one of the stores that prices pretty much any "name brand" clothing or shoes at ridiculous prices, so I really love it when something truly high end slips by them. Great store for non clothing items though!

Need some advice:

I'm looking to sell my inventory, preferable to one person. My wife was just diagnosed with cancer and I just don't want to spend any more time doing this. Obviously I'm not going to ship a storage building worth of ebay stuff so is Craigslist my best option? I live in a small town but am close to Louisville so there should be a market there I would think. Any other avenues I should look into?

I would post on FB Marketplace but I've been banned there for years due to their ridiculous auto moderation.

First off sorry to hear the news about your wife, truly, I can’t imagine having a child, wife, best friend, or someone very closed diagnosed with cancer.

I would say Craigslist is a start, also try the Nextdoor app, sort of like Craigslist. You might also see what eBay Youtubers live near you and just reach out to them and offer it. Those are at least a start. If you can get back on to Facebook I would definitely start there as well.

They had a signed michael godard print limited to 100 I thought I could steal on the goodwill site. It shot up to 700 in the last few moments. Still a great deal, but I wasn't paying more than 300 without seeing it in person
