The number I heard from yesterday was closer to 1,000 copies. This restock was 2,000+. So you're right that there were a ton of these. There's still around 650 left right now.

I bet this is a similar situation to what happened with Katy Perry. Newbury sold out the initial allocation quickly so the label promised them thousands more for a restock. They said they were still in the process of fulfilling them more than three months after the album released.

Newbury probably has the first batch already, but those who purchased during the second wave might be waiting a while. Mayer's signature has simplified though, plus he's not pregnant like Katy was.

At least Newbury has a pretty sterling return reputation if they aren't legit.
Received my 2 and I ordered late. Price and autograph not streaky is good, but I am not fond of signed postcards. Thanks for the link, loving my growing collection.

So, I wonder what the difference is between this: https://forbiddenplanet.com/332069-m...pF7NJv7BHo4ouI

and this: https://forbiddenplanet.com/334365-m...eid=3a3bbfacaf other than 190 quid more? Is this why will will not get our 10 quid Emilia Clarke auto?

Looks like one is a limited edition. I got one of the 10 quid ones, but they never sent an update with the shipping

Our 10 quid one is to ship (if they have not oversold) July 28th.

The £199.99 version is an official incentive cover from the publisher signed by Emilia Clarke. Comic shops that order 500 copies of the regular cover get one copy of the signed cover. There are 10 different covers for issue #1, including five incentive covers and a convention exclusive:

https://imagecomics.com/press-releas...line-of-covers

Forbidden Planet presumably had Clarke sign a bunch of copies of the regular cover and sold them for £9.99.

.....oh and I think they will then update shipping from the UK. I just ordered 8 cds from the UK and it cost 10 pound to ship. So hopefully a comic will not be much more.

I picked up these 2 awesome inscribed books in a La Jolla bookstore this week. Both inscribed to HOF broadcaster! 2 Hall of famers to another Hall of Famer.

Enberg passed away in 2017 in La Jolla, awesome to have part of his collection.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen....... I ordered one. Just weird enough for me to somehow want it haha. Also I paint as a hobby so somehow I connect to this. Thanks for the info!

Could be the easiest "signature" ever to forge.

It is now sold out, by the way. Guess she ran out of paint?

Allegedly they are slightly smaller inserts than the standard insert for a CD. I couldn't find anything to confirm this for sure but saw pictures of her jackson pollocking across a large array of the inserts. I think there's going to be a lot with no paint on them tbh, which would explain why they are different inserts than a standard CD insert.

Ya see Timmy, this here is the problem. So she walks by and goes "1, 2,3" Pollock style and finished. Then some assistant intern is then responsible to go one by one and make sure some splatter appears on each insert.

Great choice using white paint on an album called "Happier Than Ever". I'm sure fanboys make their own version.

After today's signing at FP, I'm extra worried that they oversold the signed copies of M.o.M. It didn't look like there were many copies on the table next to her, and with multiple restocks (at least 2), they had to have sold a bunch of these during pre-order.

Wasn’t there video of her signing them a while back?

If I get a blank one that’s gonna be super unfortunate haha. Also unfortunate would be a big glob of paint covering her face haha. But ah well at $10 I think it’s funny and glad I gave it a shot. We shall see!

Same here, anyone can get an auto but we are getting art!
