Just sent my cards to COMC for the first time and my package arrived today. Will COMC send me a message by email that the package was received? I sent both Current year and 3 week. Also, do I need to put money in my account before they will process my cards?

You will get an email about a week after they physically receive them, telling you they have been accepted.

As for funding, you will need to have funds in or add funds right after they attempt to load cards for you to price. No funds, no go.

No harm in loading the funds to process your 3-week guaranteed, then use the money you earn from selling those to pay your 3-week current year submission fees, because those seem to take 2-3 months.

Is there a difference in cost between submitting an item at the Elite level and directly submitting it to Auction?
Hypothetical example: I have a card (value $150) to submit that I want to auction, but not immediately. Would there be a difference in cost between submitting it now at Elite and holding it Not for Sale until going to auction, versus holding it in my possession at submitting it in the future when I am ready to auction it?

Two weeks later and still nothing from them. I went through Twitter and they took my email to have CS look into it. Got the we're sorry and we're looking into it. Gave them a week and still nothing.

I won and paid for an eBay auction from them on 1/31 and I still haven't received any contact from them. No tracking number, no communication. Is this par for the course for them? I'm concerned about not getting the card that I won.

Asked by you and answered for you already. But you’ll get the card. They are backed up with shipping and still using COVID as an excuse. You can try emailing them but it won’t get answered.

Should I be concerned if my total asking price is 2-3x greater than my total SRP according to my dashboard? The majority of my cards are always priced lower than the competition unless I have a monopoly then admittedly I price higher with offers enabled.

For those that have sent in "3-week guarantee" this year, how has your success been in getting your cards added into the port by the deadline? My deadline is 2/12 for a submission of 500 cards. I started seeing them trickle into my account last Monday, so I was optimistic all or most would be added by 2/12. By last Friday, I had about 58 cards added. But, in the past 5 days, I have only seen another 5 cards added, leaving me at 63 total out of about 500. The deadline is not until Friday, so theoretically they could all start pouring in the next three nights. I was curious if this is common, or if the cards will continue to slowly trickle in for weeks/months after the deadline (and, if they miss the deadline, do they go to the back of the warehouse like a PSA value submission)? As you might be able to tell, I am excited to get more stuff in the port, because what has been added so far has sold amazingly well. I have sold about 33% of the stuff added thus far, and what is left is my better stuff. I am anxious to sell some more so I can target cards for the PC. Thanks for any recent experiences.

You can completely ignore SRP if you wish. It has little value for the vast majority of cards.

It is very common for them to all (or the vast majority) to get uploaded the night they're due. It's kind of inconsistent on the ones they don't upload on time, some come in fast and some take longer. But you get 10 cents back for each that don't hit the deadline.

I don't want to jinx it, but they've been dumping current year three week cards into my account in the last week that are due 2/11. They are also finishing up the CY three weeks due 12/8.

Did you look at the picture of the card in your purchase history to see if the card that you bought was the one you received and it was just incorrectly listed as Optic on the site? I don't know how they store and retrieve the cards in their inventory, but it seems like that would be more likely than them grabbing the wrong card.

After not requesting any shipments from COMC for over a year, I decided to finally request the 400+ cards I bought during that time. I chose not to pay for rushed service so I thought it would take a couple months, but my shipment requested on 2/2 just shipped today (2/10)!
