But with all that said does that make every card and set irrelevant from this era? That’s what I’m struggling to understand.

Manufactured hype still creates real nostalgia and “the chase”. As you see in my signature I’m going for 2012 prizm gold set. Has this set been overhyped? Yes but I can tell you there are some serious collectors who I go up against for some of these cards.

2012 is the first year of Panini prizm and gold prizm/10 are considered iconic by most. However, the same is not true for galactics, kabooms, color blasts, downtown, peacocks, Tigers, Zebra, Dragon scale etc. There is nothing wrong in collecting them but the main issue is when the owners try to convince others why these are the next PMG's and thus great investments! When you have finite money and too many rare panini parallels/inserts with most people trying to flip them for profits, the hyped up prices are not sustainable. On the other hand, you are not going to see a 80% drop in Jordan 1997 PMG Red or Lebron 2012 Gold Prizm prices even in current market conditions because of the rarity and iconic status acknowledged by majority of the collectors.

I know I used to always post stupid stuff in the past. And I’m sorry. But I always said only rookies are the best. People defended that 2002 card until the end.

Sure Brady and Rodgers regress as they age, but they were 1 and 2 in MVP race last year. It doesn't just suddenly collapse this quickly. Alot of it still has to do with coaches, team structure etc...Football is a complicated game with lots of puzzle pieces. I'd say the same for Russell Wilson too to a lesser degree.

at that age you can drop off at the drop of a hat. Look at Favre, Manning Brees.

Tom's passes don't have the zip they used to. Plus he's more frail meaning he's not wanting to hang in the pocket to make a pass (Totally understandable).

With these guys, they need to be told no by their organizations. Sad but true.

Evan's cost them the game? Heck I thought Brady was the QB. The Goat looks like he is 65 years old out there. You might not want to accept it but he is done. Also a TD is 7 pts not 18 pts.

Sort of like how when White fumbled the opening kickoff vs the Chiefs. Bucs lost by 10, but very well may have won if that fumble didn’t happen

Exactly lol stats wise, he’s not having a bad year at all.

Lots of yards and a fantastic TD/interception ratio. Bucs interior O line issues and play calling/coaching are more of the problem

Hopefully Jensen comes back before the post season
