Ay, yes. I remember when I thought $300-$325 was too much, especially when I could buy these for a hundred less. (I eventually splurged on a 10, for around $650.)

If there was ever a modern card w iconic(most overused term on the boards)potential that’s it right there. I always lusted them but never had the stones to spend the $ on it.

I highly doubt that the seller is involved but could be a bit of an eager holder(s) trying to push the price on the card up and willing to add to his position. Unnecessary with this particular card though, if he keeps up what he's doing it'll get it's eventual due attention. Such an amazing card, on-card Flagship RC Logo Auto. I believe only he and Eloy have ever had this.

To take his hitting to the "next level" he has to get more consistent.

We saw it in September of last year as well. In 10 games this year, he has 5 0-4 games already....

And Soto, Harper, and Judge all have four 0-for games. On the flip side, Vlad has four multi-hit games already.

Don’t know that we need to worry so much about great hitters after 10 games—particularly after a truncated and rushed spring training.

Not much chatter about this auction from last night....but I believe this blew away the expected finishing price. Spoke with a friend of the seller last night and this was certainly a pleasant surprise.
