I like the kid, but he blew it yesterday.
Should have taken advantage of the texans at home and didn't get it done. |

I'll say it again. I just don't see anything special when I watch Lawrence. This once in a lifetime "generational talent" crap is BS

I never thought he was that good. People get fooled by QB's in top schools that are throwing to receivers that are wide open all day. He has missed so many throws in the last few weeks.

I mean, his QB rating is almost 20 points higher than last season, he's not throwing as many interceptions, and his completion rate is almost four points higher. I'm not saying he's an all-pro but to write him off so quickly seems odd. The team has been in every game this year and every loss has been by one possession or less. They're not good but they've vastly improved over last year.

Yeah I would like to see him with a Chase and Higgins before I write him completely off. His receivers do not get much separation at all.

You have to look at good things.
I think there is enough there to see Star in future 2 weeks ago he was 20/22 passing First half this week he was 15/20 So he was 35/42 over 6 quarters Struggled second half this week Lots of up and down 1 td last 2 games not great. I still think he will be fine |

I see enough positives.
Watching last week, consistency still lacks but the arm is there. Decision making getting better. And now ETN being the true 1RB helps. A bit behind where I thought they'd be at this point, but he has left with the lead last 3 losses. That's on D (and the coach). Also, no deep threat/receiver separation for long gains. That can get fixed in the draft or (hopefully) a Claypool type deadline trade. |

There are a lot of bad QB's in the league now. Young and not so young.

Well I'm starting to look for a stop on the Trevor Train. Another interception in the end zone on a first and goal from the one yard line. Listening to the radio broadcast on the way home from a weekend trip and the amount of times I heard "overthrew" seemed incalculable. Yeah, the WR corps ain't the best but this was a bad game in a streak of bad games. I can't think of a situation where he won us the game through his play.
Etienne looks like a real deal though. |

Trevor Lawrence is one of the quarterbacks of all time.

I thought he was already in the Hall of Fame, based on how godlike everyone said he was. Will he be removed from the Hall now?

Is the enemy of your enemy your friend or still your enemy? I need to know how to respond.
