Red is numbered to 5. The super was wiped and trimmed and it was bought back by PSA. Most people consider it off the market and view the sole PSA 10 red as his best card.

I completely forgot the top edge was trimmed too.

My guess is PSA owns the card now. It was removed from the pop report, and I assume PSA bought it back from the guy in Hawaii who was defrauded.

PSA bought it in from Dave (Small Traditions). So, for all intents and purposes, the Super no longer exists.

Does that mean whoever consigned it to Dave was paid by PSA? (Assuming Dave told PSA who it was, and it’s not the same person that submitted it to PSA.)
Edit: followed the old thread on bo. Owner (not the seller) bought it in a psa holder.

Missed it by minutes the first time it came up for sale on ebay @$1900. Missed it by minutes the second time @$2900 and stupidly passed on it just before the 2018 season @$8500. It could have been unmolested and tucked away safely. Makes me sick.

I can't speak for Vintage, but I'd never consider that card at this point.

I also don't expect it to surface again regardless. PSA has taken it off the table, and there's no reason to put it back out there when it's just a constant reminder of their giant F-up.

Awesome! I absolutely LOVE the Bowman's Best card! So underappreciated IMHO. I have been toying with the idea of putting a rainbow together of it, but these cards are slowly creeping up in sales so I may not be able to.
