No it isn't. That's the problem with this board. People say things they know nothing about, then other people run with it like its true.

There are pictures of the Geoff Wilson card out there, its a card of him now. Not a child pic.

The checklist first put out (and some still on the usual sites on the web like Cardboard Connection) have it listed under: "Hobby Influencer Child Short Print Set Checklist"

I mean, that IS the problem with the board. People just assume things and post them as truth. It's not just your statement, its a bulk of the conspiracy theories and nonsense we see daily.

I'm very sad about the loss of Opening Day* and while OD was never remotely a guaranteed 'hit' per box product it gave a huge amount of bang for the buck.

The influencers insert set kind of feels like the 'Gary Vee Top Entrepreneurs' insert set that was in 2019 S2 flagship but backwards and now touting the hypesters vs what they are hyping. Felt wrong then, feels even worse now.

The concern came from the title given by Cardboard Connection that these would be child cards of the influencers. It’s not too hard to understand where that may of come from.

If you get so worked up by people talking about product before it comes out, maybe you should not open threads prior to release. You seem to be torturing yourself. You’d probably be a much happier person.

The only comment I made was someone presenting a single comment as fact, when it was NOT fact and there were cards out showing that it was not fact.

Pretty sure this isn't coming out tomorrow for the majority of the country. Another shipping delay. The big 3 do not have any pictures of the boxes/cases posted which they usually do when the product comes in. And there are zero cases on DealerNet.

i'm going to assume fanatics changed things up like dealers not allowed to ship before release day.

i ordered from one of the big 3 mail order places ad not shipped yet but i expect tomorrow on release day that they will ship when a possible embargo lifts.
