Fields was hyped by some as a dark horse NFL MVP before preseason hit. I'd imagine they'd feel super protective over any perceived threats.

Personally I think Fields can be the guy, he needs better blockers and to get coached on his footwork and trusting his timing route passes inside the hashes. It's been noted over and over he doesn't trust stuff over the middle (especially timing routes where he throws to a spot).

I hope they bring back 2022 Fields with all the rushing. He was so much fun to watch! This year the constant WR or RB screens that go no where are abominable to watch. I saw all the same exact stuff in the mid-90s and it didn't work then either.

Bagent seems like a really cool dude! Hope he hangs around for a couple years then gets a shot to compete for a starting role or gets an upgraded backup contract.

They were selling for a good $75-$100 back in September. And peaked around $150-$175 the week he was named starter, and won.

They are still selling for $60-$80 right now.

While some guys brag about a 50% ROI. The Grid Prophecy would have gotten you a 10X a few weeks ago. And still a quadruple up right now!

He made a call, but I got the credit for making The Call in my thread.

I advise people to hold the next 15-20 years but it's fine if you want to sell right now to lock in some value. Bagent is #1 in the NFL for QBR, Rating, TDs, air yards, YPA, rushing TDs, and winning percentage amongst all active D2 QBs and it's not even close.

Good coaches adjust a playbook to play towards a player's strengths. They don't put them in a position to fail. Fields was there and he's got talent.

I think the Bears need a new OC who doesn't call screen passes all the time. If the Bears offense runs better because they have an UDFA D2 QB running it, maybe they need to get a better offense.
