Thanks, it does! Wanted it as soon as I saw it on the site, and ordered on that slim chance. Can't even remember the last time I got a numbered or SP from Topps Now. I have no idea how SPs usually are for Topps Now, but the card is slightly thicker, probably chrome card thickness with foiling.

I was tempted.... glad I passed. It's a really cool card and the Glow in the Dark parallel /100 would be fun to hit... that PR is crazy.

For bundles, of certain cards, yes. Both of the cards with Jackson Holliday are at the higher price. Both of the veteran cards today are at the we-already-all-WTFd-when-they-increased-it price that we've seen so far this season. Definitely not trending toward making me change my mind about my 'no Now purchases this season' approach. Sad.

We all knew Holliday would get a card for his debut, but I find it ironic that it's a base relic when Jackson did not safely reach base in the game.

Huh that's weird ... walp. It's been fun guys. I think this puts me out of price range. So sad I just lost star wars living set and there's no way I'm buying at $9 a single or $130 a 20 pack.

Prolly not going to follow this stuff much anymore ...

Not that I want them to raise price, but only raising the price on the bundles and not even the base card price is such a dick move. I actually was thinking of grabbing 20 of the Jackson 3 but not at that price. Buying 20 of these is the same card price as buying 5 of other cards.

I guess I don't know what the end game is. Are you trying to limit eBay sellers undercutting your 1 card price? That's going to have a negative effect as people will undoubtedly buy less, and now you won't print/sell as many.

I get your point but I don't think this is true. Are you saying that a 2016 vehicle costs 20k more today? Or are you saying that there is some model of jeep that released the identical vehicle in 2024 as they did in 2016. In 8 years, you usually get a lot of improvements to a vehicle.

It's not just the increased price, I ordered like 15 or so relics/autos last year and all but one were the /99 versions. Totally statistically normal for that to happen. Totally feels like I overpaid though lol

I'm down to the MLB Living set, the occasional NHL sticker rookie & of course sealed releases of GPK/Star Wars. Oh if I remember to check in for spring training, those auto packs are a rare must have for me.

I won't question the premise, I'll take your word on that 62.5% increase over 8 years... but the same 20-pack of Now cards I bought in 2022 for $79.99 is now $129.99. That's coincidentally the same 62.5% increase - over 2 years.

Yeah that's pretty massive. I think we all expected another increase, but not $130. Guessing another increase to $150 or more down the line isn't out the question.

I don't think I'm buying 5-packs at $40.

The increase to $32.49 was manageable but Fanatics is doing Fanatics things on top of Topps' already rising prices.

I'm convinced they don't need or want my money.
