The mods can check this and that but the simple fact is they can do nothing.
They are not the police. They cannot see an injustice and do a thing aside from banning a member.
If Johnny decides to build a rep, then do several trades and rip off 10-20-100 people, the mods here can do nothing but ban him. If someone opts for a federal charge for mail fraud,they can be subpoenaed for IP info but there is little else they can do to offer you security beyond what they are already doing.
I understand the other guys complaint, he was banned for breaking the rules,but he feels it was a mock attempt at justice since people still steal here...but you did break a rule and the standard punishment was issued.
Per card thief, all they can do is observe,send PMs, assess then ban...nothing more.
Frustrating, I know, but that is what it is, period.
Per his remark about no need for escrow, an escrow would have seen you with no theft over a trade. In cards purchased,that ballfield is all paypals so there is no need for BO to get involved beyond what they can do.

Telling who is bad and who is good is a silly process. He said/she said is the only point that can be viewed. You can say he ripped me off and paypal returned my money but there can be other aspects and a mod knows that.

So,there is nothing to be done to remedy the situation per a forum is concerned.....per breaking the rules,well, no matter how petty you felt it was in relation to the actual concerns presented, thems the rules. Sorry if you felt I missed the point.

so your telling me they can make a thread bump rule, but they can't make a rule in reference to people not shipping they trades or giving refunds properly?

if you have to file a case on someone, they should be banned, PERIOD..... I don't really care what the excuse is.

I never even bumped a thread....... bumping would be coming in making a comment for no reason just to get the thread to the top....... I answered back to 2 people in my thread with the comment feature in reference to the sale/card and got banned...... it was complete BS.........

people know what the right thing to do is, it's alot of playing around and friendship going on or whatever the case may be.

I mean, your logic is fouled plain and simple. If I buy a card and decide to screw someone once I see they didn;t ship with a DC and file a claim,they should be banned....that's your logic working at it's best.

I understand you are upset,but me having to tit-for-tat to explain it is silly.
