well unofficially it can, but I believe I need to give it a minimum of 24 hours. Realistically though I'll need to start it on Saturday, we aren't gonna break before Monday and I don't want to maintain a draft with my boss sitting next to me.

If we do this it also doesn't give anyone the chance to buy sell or trade their picks which is half the fun.
