What I don't understand is why on earth would you have buyers remorse on a card you bought that you could easily turn a profit on? is it really the case being chipped? or something else?

This is why buyers remorse doesn't make sense to me.

Yup. I bid on a lot of items. When I ask a seller a question and don't get an answer, I ask the question again. If still not answered, I retract my bid. Sometimes the question is in regards to combined shipping where I've bid on five different items from one seller. If the seller doesn't respond, the bids get retracted and that counts as multiple bid retractions right there. I'm actually surprised it's as low as it is. I can think of two sellers that make up at least a dozen of those all done at once. I retract a bid every couple weeks. I also bid 500 times during those same weeks. Not a big deal. But when a witch hunt is in full effect, you can paint it in whichever light is convenient.

It's the same as people who think that they can give an "opinion" versus "an accusation" and think they're the same thing. Considering how many thick skulls there are around here, I have to repeat myself numerous times. I'm aggressive to help out scammers, and that aggressiveness makes enemies. And those enemies like to follow me around to question everything I say and do. Wheeler, cruiserdaddy7, chezball, etc are all perfect examples. You think it's a coincidence that wheeler has a "friend" who contacted him about a 9 month old transaction trying to stir up feces? These guys can keep on pushing and pushing...and if they continue to make it not worth it for me to help on these forums, then I'll leave. If I'm not viewed as an asset to the community, then there will not be anyone to mourn me. Keep pushing and you'll get rid of me if that's what you want. But I can sleep like a baby at night knowing that I'm an honest person, regardless of what "opinion" someone may have.

Maybe I'm more blind than most but to my naked eye it has always looked like just bright light reflecting through that top left corner. Never looked cracked until zoomed in and knowing where to look.

I DID NOT SEE THE CASE WAS CRACKED UNTIL I GOT THE CARD IN HAND. Got it that time?

And no, I didn't file a SNAD on that six month old transaction that you dug up to witch hunt me.
so It sounds like you bid on something you never going to pay for no matter what. Your story is so conflicting. At one point you are saying you have not seen a gem show up in years and you have a pc of the Jordan star cards. Why did you bid on it if you didn't want the card? I also believe the seller is wrong for not putting a notation that the corner was cracked. A simple solution is for $5 you can have it reslabed. I imagine the seller would of obliged. What a drama queen

Exactly. I don't have buyer's remorse. But the same people keep accusing me of having buyer's remorse over and over hoping that by repeating it, it will come true. I already posted a thread about what a hell of a deal I got on this card. Some people are just too dumb to understand simple logic. I just don't like chipped cases. My entire collection has not a single slab with a crack.

"Why did you bid on it if you didn't want the card?"

A typical Blowout loaded question. You can't ask a question with a false assumption in it. It's the same as me asking you, "When you hit your wife, does she cry?" If I make the false assumption that you hit your wife, then there's no way for you to answer that question.

So I'll answer your loaded question the only way possible. I bid on the card because I wanted it. I still would want it if the slab wasn't cracked. I think both of those last two sentences have been said by me 100 times in this thread already. Not sure how you could read this thread and miss that.

You forgot the mike trout card..

21 bid retractions. If you have a question Ebay says to ask BEFORE bidding, bidding then asking is ignorant.

Then when you look at the OPs Toolhaus it speaks volumes as well.

5.00 plus shipping and about 3 weeks you could have it reslabbed

Keep pushing guys. You've almost got rid of me for good. You won't get the pleasure of seeing me attack suspicious sellers and you won't see my quicksales that are actually quick. Just a little more pressure and I'll be off of Blowout indefinitely.

November 3rd - 4:21 P.M.
Dear volimus,
I don't plan to pay.
Sorry, I didn't get back to you sooner, but I just saw yesterday's message just now. You've suffered enough and I have zero emotion about losing out on getting this card. As I said, you should cancel the transaction and I'll immediately approve it.
I also would like to help you in your quest since I've been burnt by this several times. I, too, will be drafting a letter to the BBB. I figure what you lost in sales, and what I have lost in sales, is grand larceny by eBay. ZERO seller protection!!!
Sounds like you wanted it alright. Carry on

There's nothing wrong with leaving negative feedback. He does a lot of deals so I am sure some are bound to be negative

True, but I have done over 10K purchases since 2004 on Ebay and have not come close to leaving that much bad feedback. Then again I don't worry about shipping time or little things like that.

Shipping time is a big player with online retailers. Why do you think places offer free 2 day shipping. Shipping same day if you place an order before a certain time?

Shipping times is crucial to a sale of an item. I've shopped at other places online cause I will get my item quicker.

Not really. I think you need to lay off this thread. You're trying to make OP look bad, when it really doesn't

Besides that means he leaves that for about 1% of his transactions.

I think the op is doing a good job on his own.
I'd say all the members that posted in this thread combined don't have as many as the op.
I'll start with me. I have left one tnarg since 2001.
