There are only 9700 boxes based on the odds. That’s before what was allotted to dealers. Not everyone who want one can get one. This is life.

So, I got the email that I got in the raffle, but sold out, am i just SOL? If so, what a waste to have a raffle and still have to fight to get the boxes.

edit: I see older posts to "raise hell" but Customer Service is closed today. Just barrage Twitter?

There was no fighting for boxes. They were available for 5 hours. I saw my email two hours after receiving it and had no issues buying the two boxes.

You got the email today? maybe they sent out another wave of picks with the raffle, have to logged in and clicked the link to see it actually says sold out? We got the emails 24 hours ago, so definitely must have been some type of glitch with your email. My email is Yahoo so definitely wasnt like that with all yahoo accounts. Thats really strange.

Yeah, got it today. Unfortunate. I get people being tired of the complaining about missing out when it was their fault they waited. That wasn't the case for me. Either Topps sent a separate batch (seems unlikely based on everyone elses responses) or my email was wonky and I just got it late (more likely reason), but either case means I'm out of luck. Just wanted to rip, oh well.

Wouldn't a short print run mean more demand later in the long term? How many hundreds did you want each player to have?

Robert refractor sold via eBay for $500! Nice! Could be worth more given the refractor print run..

I feel this set will be pretty valuable in the coming years. It’s the first Baseballs Finest set we’ve had in a loooooong time. This will be a new product Set released every year given the success...and the first set will be the most valuable. The low print run makes it a perfect storm for a long term hold..

Crazy to think that a Red or the super will go for. And given the limited amount of boxes made, you actually have a chance at getting these. Would be hard to resell boxes with what the prices of the card are going for.
