I don't think I've ever seen a title contender play as bad as OKC has played this half ever. Much less a title favorite.

They’re not playing bad, it’s the refs and the rigged NBA. I know they arent making shots and it’s 30+ points, but that’s what I’m going with.

If they don't go over 105 from here I'd quit betting forever

Based off this mantra, I should have thrown in the towel years ago.

Bad Beats should be my nickname.

My elation somewhat throttled by the prospect of hartenstein maybe not hitting 12.5 points and boards due to the blowout.

Free Throw merchant shut down by strict Minnesota tariffs. This series just got a lot more interesting...did not expect this kind of beatdown.

Of course Hartenstein misses the wide open push floater that he always hits. And ends up 1 stat short.

One of the rare no sweat experiences this postseason. It's been a headache

No idea how to approach game 4. I doubt OKC will look this flat offensively again. But will they regain their defensive form and keep Minny under that magic 110 mark.....

Vegas is winning by a long way with the way these Playoffs have gone. Sheesh.

I hope Minny win again.

The refs need to let these teams get in to a grind, which gives Minny the edge to be fair.

OKC are a bit cute and nice

yep, no one wants to watch pacers vs thunder. Knicks should be on cruise control if they can win the next two.

Biggest spank down since their IST Finals loss. I don't believe they've ever suffered consecutive losses by more than 10 points the entire year.

Live betting Pacers o112.5 here. 30 points in the first quarter with MRob anchoring NY's defense and Kneesmiff with a donut. Knicks have no way of stopping them.

I thought that mostly had to do with people liking to see NY eat a little humble pie at the moment.

But actually I think this is genuinely the first time the public-at-large has seen the Pacers and what a cool, cohesive, and connected team they are. By the end of the series, some Knicks fans will be rooting for us.

This is about how I expected this game to go. Game 4 is going to be a better indignation of where this series is going. No way Minny was going down 0-3.

I'm actually so glad not to bet on sports. Whole reason I collect cards is not to degen with my investment/ slow-burn gamble.

Maybe this has to do with why some hobbyists rarely hit the right prospects. Hard to focus on the game and the players, when you are riding the adrenalin rush of dollas.

Incidentally, interest in this year's playoffs seems to be high: "The Game 1 barnburner between the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers became the most-watched Eastern Conference Final Game 1 since the Celtics and Cavaliers squared off in 2018.According to TNT, Wednesday's game at Madison Square Garden averaged 6.6 million viewers and peaked at 8.5 million viewers at 11 p.m. ET, when the game was in its final minutes."

Now that may turn out in retrospect to have been the high water mark. As we cannot expect the Knicks to pull a Minnesota at Gainbridge.

It certainly explains the continued strength of Pacers sales. They somehow caught that comeback/upstart/comeuppance narrative just when a lot of fans outside of NY were wanting that exact storyline.

James Johnson approved hands-up jujitsu trumps back-pocket whistle.

Wait. Made this into a calling card:

Just came up with this myself. Cause you know I consider myself a writer. And stuff gets lost and unpaid and picked up by AI and bot generators so easily on the web.

Really don't want to have to carve out the core AA collection to thrive.

You might be surprised. In today's Internet era, people will actually watch specific players and teams that they like.

I mean NY doesn't even have a population of 11 million.

And it differs based on affinity group. For example, the hobby would like to see a Thunder/Wolves Final.

I'm not sure why people don't want to see the Pacers in the Finals compared to the knicks. How are the Knicks exiciting?

Indy is clearly the better team and I hope they go up at least 3-1 after the next 2 and close it out.

Hali vs Shai is a great match up.

Or maybe Minny pull off a miracle.

Hali vs Ant would be fun.

Myles Turner has been phenomenal these Playoffs also

I think you would see a lot more of Nesmith/Nembhard vs. Ant to be honest. Pacers are not a traditional team. The lead foil is matchup dependent.

I almost think Hali and Shep could be great defenders of SGA and probably avoid all the whistles more body-up players would constantly get.

I think it's mostly Brunson and Kat they wanna see because they (Brunson specifically) are both really fun to watch

The problem the knicks are running into now is they really really need at least three of the starters to show up and they really only have two great options whereas the pacers have a whole roster of shooters they can count on to get points and a great distributor in hali to get it around to them
