Have the Gwynn Naturel Gold here... in case you need it added to a list somewhere.

In the order I bought 10 Jeters and 2 Jeter/Gwynn bundles.

By the way, did Blake mention the design of the fanny pack yet? I heard on the stream yesterday he would reveal it later(don't know if that meant later on the stream, or later on another date).

Also, he did mention he would look at selling fanny packs again at some point, but these would be "1/1, one of a kind" fanny packs. Seems like a real cool dude, and has been working on his Trout for a month so it should be amazing.

What was he signing the Project 2020 boxes for?

That's 30% of the PR. The vast majority have yet to realize a profit on these cards.

Remember, it's only profitable if you sell.
Not everyone is looking to sell these cards though. In the stock market, everyone is looking to profit. These cards are(were) meant to be collected. I would say 30% of the PR being sold is quite a lot and only lessens the supply that could be introduced into the market.

I know that there is only going to be 410 of them made, so that's super low.

Thanks I may just put together a list and post it. If anyone else remembers what's been found, reply to me!

What is going to happen to the market when the Don C/Ripken hits a PR of infinity? Should I be nervous?

I’m just an average collector and have been buying stuff from Topps.com through Smartpost for a couple years (TBT, TLS, P2020, other stuff). It seems to take a day or two longer than the more expensive shipping options (I live in PA), but have never had any problems. I would imagine that if you’re getting an extremely large shipment or are particularly sensitive to time (ie, if you’re trying to flip quickly), those couple of days might make a difference, but for me, SmartPost has been fine-never had an issue (knock wood!).

I'm just trying to keep everyone honest about the
"non-collector" side of this project. Apparently you aren't allowed to do that, though.
I was originally a collector of this set, but since it's gained so many people joining from the card community that is clueless it's lost the appeal on me since now it's turned into the next gold mine for flippers.

No dont be nervous, thats for the weak. You should have stocked up on his Frank Thomas if you think his Rip will hit infinity.

Ripken is looking sweet. Imagine DC's entire set is going to look fantastic. Wasn't a fan of his Thomas, but now I see what he's doing. The man has a plan! Adding the Don C run to my shortlist now.

That's absolutely fair, but the vast majority of this thread, the discord groups, and twitter are talking ROI.

Just checking the PRs on these and the sales of the later cards you can see it's ROI focused is all.

I have no doubt in my mind that people are collecting. I'd put it at 3%, which is extremely high for this type of set.

Essentially if you wanted to collect from the beginning you'd have to set aside roughly $7K for the set. How many did that? It would be a fun cross section to see.

I'm not sure if I count as "doom and gloom," but the I disagree with the idea that seemingly the market for this one product will behave differently than any other consumer good that's existed before.

I've got a full run of Shore cards, Chang cards, Thiele cards, Mattinglys, Riveras, and Jeters sitting on the desk behind me. Many more on the way. Even have a Money Bear.

But I've also cashed out on some as well and am up several thousand dollars in profit. Some I sold too early, but I'm also interested in ensuring good actual profit and not just potential profit.

I hope these keep going up and up, but the price increases we see week after week are completely irrational.

I don’t think some of you realize what these prices will be like after Gary Vee speaks on Friday.

I debated about picking up another 10 Vides due to all the hate but going to hold. Need to stretch out the cash until I start receiving shipments.

thanks. i am definitely in the average category, and in PA as well. i am not overly concerned with timing, just perhaps really long issues or mishaps. my service is typically good so this seems as if this will work for me.
