Ended up selling another 50 shares of MUDS at exactly $15/sh just now. Still have 250 shares and hoping it breaks out now.

Sounds like I need to just stick with cash-to-cash math.

If you buy more stocks than the value of your account then you’d be using margin for the difference and that is really just a loan from the broker. If you ever call your broker up, or message them on chat they should be able to confirm very quickly what you balances look like. When you borrow, usually cash shoes up as negative.

I bought 2000 shares the day of the merger. At that time I was slumping so this has been great!

MUDS blew through the $15’s pretty quickly... now over $16. Still have 150 shares and am enjoying the ride.

And sold out the rest of my MUDS position at $16.84. Made $1,584.27 gain on 350 shares.

Funny thing is I probably have the smallest position out of anyone who grabbed any lol.

What’s funny is I was all set to buy shares of DMYI that morning and your post literally changed my mind super quickly. I remember when I was first investing in individual stocks around the 2008 crash, I flagged Topps as one of my “buy what you know” stocks, but unfortunately they werent publicly traded at that time... lol.

At any rate, I will use my “winnings” to accumulate more PLTR and yes, probably even some DMYI which has been FLAT since that morning of 4/6. So your post talked me into a $1,500 gain.

I am still looking as well. Goal is to accumulate 1,000 shares of PLTR by 12/31, but I think there might be some better short term gains to be made elsewhere in the meantime to help me get there. My nephew mentioned to me I should buy AMZN ahead of the split.

Endeavor, who owns the majority of UFC at the moment and will purchase the rest from the looks of it, is supposedly IPO'ing soon. A trademark firm guy I followed tweeted this morning that they've filed for a UFC branded crypto and their own app for NFTs.

I'm a big fan of UFC progress long-term but not a huge fan of everything else that comes with it but might have to bite the bullet.
