Zion will have a strong supporting cast in a few years... because the next two are going to be losing efforts. This will give us a glimpse of his character. Can he work his tail of all off season just to lose again... a few times.


I believe he will... and once he is surrounded by the appropriate pieces his team will be legitimate contenders for years.

I thought we were talking about Zion, the human being. At least, that's who/what I was talking about. I haven't seen very many human to human comparisons lately, like this thread was getting plagued with what seems like just a week ago.

I don't pay any attention to Zion singles values. I do pay attention to certain wax though, and I have not seen them go down in value. I would welcome it though, as I'm sure there are many that would welcome single prices going down too.

Investing in Zion hobby items right now seems to make a lot of sense, especially if prices are and continue to go down.

I mean, we're talking about a guy putting up average numbers in less than 50 games that it took much longer for most, (nearly all?), others to do.

I’m mainly holding wax. Even if the market corrects bigtime, I’ve gotten in over time at great prices. I’m not concerned, and on a big dip, I’ll be buying a lot more.
