When can you withdraw moments to a wallet? How is this any different than those Topps apps on iphone? All you currently own is a dapper account... Not NFTs/Crypto what so ever.

you "technically" own a part of the FLOW coin, which is the backbone of Dapper's blockchain. That's about it on the NFT front for TopShot.

You do need marketplaces to sell NFTs because smart contracts are too complex for the average person to understand or use. Marketplaces take fees, almost all of them do. So whatever your point was, was wrong.

Do you realize you just proved my point yet again? MARKETPLACES, MORE THAN ONE.

Not to mention the marketplaceS (plural) are not owned by Panini, Topps, Dapper, or jcardstore. They are like ebay or COMC or PWCC...there is a huge difference between any of those three taking their fees on items being sold on their platform vs Dapper's CLOSED marketplace.

My only hangup with calling these true NFTs is that wouldn't a true NFT be able to be bought, sold, or transferred anywhere? Seems like that without the Panini or Top Shot platform, these become basically worthless and you might not even be able to get to them if the sites shut down. But I could be wrong since I'll be the first to admit I don't fully understand these.

It is probably sarcasm, but there is some truth to it. Even though these are different NFT's, it will definitely take some money away from Top Shot. The more NFT's that are in the space, the less all NFT's will be worth. I will participate in NFT's for packs only and probably will eventually cash out.
