That guy owes me a commission! I messaged the seller of the NNOF what price they were looking for on it and they made an offer of 699.99 I think. Since it was so far from what I was thinking, I didn't bother making an official offer just a messaged back with what I would pay. $125-150 which I thought was over paying honestly but it's a cool looking card.

Yup. In my opinion, that seller is way overpricing that card. It’s no where near a $699 card. Just because a card is rare, doesn’t mean it is worth a crazy price. For $699, I can have a nicely graded Trout Update RC, PSA 10 Bowman Chrome 175 RC, or a nice Trout autographed card.

I looked at the message. I guess it was 599.99 but still. I used the comparison that a gold /50 was listed for 39.99 unsold and they wanted 15x that. Of course you went and bought it, so that didn't help my cause any.

Haha. I’m sorry! I actually tried to get the seller to go down on the price, but the seller stayed firm and said he will hold out until it sells for $39.99. I didn’t reply for a day, hoping the seller would come back and drop the price a few dollars, but the seller didn’t. I then gave in and hit the “buy it now” button.
