Apparently, that still isn't enough for a lot of people.

People got caught up in the foul bating crap this year and then the Hawks started slow, fired their coach, and by that time the masses had lost interest for the year. The narrative for Trae went from fun to watch because of his scoring and play making ability to hard to watch because of how he draws fouls. Then of course no one gave him a chance to make an impact in the playoffs. He’s shut down both narratives in the playoffs so far but it’s only 3 games and they are playing the Knicks so I don’t know that anyone is ready to give him full credit yet. I think if they go on to beat the Knicks and he keeps playing like he has then his stock will go back up but ultimately I think it’s going to take a good series against a contender for people to give him his due.

I think it’s silly to hypothetically say the Hawks have no chance against the Sixers if Embiid is out as was said earlier but they certainly will be heavy dogs going into that series if they in fact get to round 2. For what it’s worth, the head to head is 5-5 since Trae has been with the Hawks (5-4 with Trae playing) and he’s averaged 27.1/9.4 against them.

No matter how good he’s playing Grayson Allen looks like the guy you see outside of the bar, bloody and looking for his shirt after getting his a$$ kicked for mouthing off......you show up two weeks later, same bar and he’s outside again, bloody and looking for his shirt after getting whooped for mouthing off again.

Have always had a thing (in a I’d like to punch you in the face type way lol) for Grayson allen too. For one, he was part of the UW Badgers 2015 Natl Title robbery by Dook, Kryzzwweewski, and Co...but that’s not really why I don’t think. He just looks like the quintessential douche that you just described and I’m sure he probably is in real life too lol. Can’t stand the guy.

However....I just found myself rooting for him to hit that 3 to tie the game a while back, immediately after he took it right at the stifle tower down low. I better go take a shower now

Memphis did a nice job to make this interesting down the stretch. They’re so young though, can’t expect them to handle playoff pressure against the #1 overall seed very well. Think that’s what we saw in last 5 minutes here. Memphis is gonna be very dangerous next year though. I’ll be paying attention that’s for sure

Utah hasn’t lost against Memphis with Mitchell back in the lineup, but gotta say Ja and the Grizz are putting up a solid fight.

Grizz are fun to watch, and hopefully JJJ gets back his pre injury game and learns to stay out of foul trouble. Memphis needs him to be the X factor, but it just hasn’t been there since his return.

He's the perfect 3rd guy
