Are they managing more to save Cole’s chance for the Cy Young or to win the game, soon as they went ahead in the 6th they went to the bullpen.

Hadn’t been watching it just checking the score, struggling against the Pirates is never a good thing. Turned it on just in time to see Misiewicz take a line drive to the head, scary moment.

I am a fan of the Giancarlo Stanton of yester year but the Stanton of 2023 is a poor baseball player and quite frankly probably should not be in the MLB. There's nothing that he provides right now for the Yankees

Agreed but they are stuck with him, genuine proof long term contracts are a bad idea.

I agree. I am kind of at the "burn it down and salt the earth" stage. To have this payroll, and this history, and this result is ridiculous.
