I just see you going to different player threads and ripping on those players. Which is pretty strange in general, let alone from a brand new forum member.

I think it's because it was very odd and seemed out of place to bash a guy who threw for 5 TDs and 400 yards in bascially 3 quarters. If he had a day like Lamar or Allen or any other number of QBs did yesterday then bash away. It just felt really out of place, especially because no one in the thread was even going over the top with their excitement. It was just a typical Sunday in this thread with "single Patty" "Double Patty" etc. Then dude just jumps in like "you're all a bunch of idiots, act like you've been there."

It was odd. But we gave him what he wanted (attention), which, paradoxically is mostly what millionaires are trying to buy any way.

Here's to you Hellcat. You're THE MAN. I appreciate you and admire you because you have money. I want to be you. You are right. We will attempt to be a little more somber the next time Mahomes has an average game. Blessings brother!

Side note: I saw a stat on IG yesterday (have not confirmed its accuracy) that said since 2018 Mahomes has had 10 games of 4+ touchdowns and the next closest QB is Russell Wilson with 5 or 6.

True story:
Principal at a local elementary posted 2 students in costumes as Patrick mahomes. One kid had the hair and everything. Patrick is their role model, something we need more of. This hobby is about bringing kids into it for the love of the gave. I am on my way to their school with 2 Patrick packages, including a rookie card for each. They are both lower end but still rookies. Each getting 8 random cards. Let’s make the hobby better. Pay it forward and be safe.

Anyone can say what they want about Pat and that’s fine. A lot of people hate because they missed the boat. The reality is in two years as a starter he has a MVP, SB MVP, and a ring. He breaks some BS fastest to record every week. The reality is he is maybe a coin flip away from 2 SBs in 2 years. Call it his supporting cast or call it his head coach. Once again the reality is there is no one with a more impressive resume after 2 years as a starter. I don’t understand how anyone could dislike the kid or say he’s overrated. Is he priced high? Absolutely, but go look at the pop report and price of a Luka Doncic prizm 10 and then compare that to a mahomes prizm 10.
