For sake of discussion, the Bucks had the #1 rated defense in the league during the regular season and are #2 in the playoffs so far, slightly behind Boston. Both the Bucks and Celtics benefited from playing offensively inept teams in the 1st round. However, Bucks have proven all year to be great defensively, while Boston has been just good. If the Celtics defense slows down the Bucks there is no reason the team with the #1 defense all year won't make it harder on Boston either.

I am reserving judgement until I see what the Celtics can do against a not totally hobbled playoff team. If they show up game 1 then I will change my mind. Sweeping the Dipo-less Pacers isn't a crowning achievement IMO.

Nah, that def was above market value. Seems like 10s are sitting at $400-425 at the moment

I've sold some very recently that by the time they got through the mail and delivered they were much much much higher.

I will disagree to an extent, mirotic has looked good in his stint today, and middleton as well, but boston just has his number today

I honestly don't think he looks bad. He's trying to get his teammates involved but there is nothing. Don't also discount the fact that Baynes and especially Horford is being his daddy today

Horford's playing DPOY-level defense today... doubt he plays the entire series this well...and baynes sprained his ankle. This is likely the hardest Giannis will have to work all series. I'm encouraged by his 3P shooting today as well

But yea, it’s game 1.

An absolute disaster but hopefully they’ll figure some things out, make some adjustments and have a much better game 2.
