Lead the league in SO ….once, so he has that. He was a human highlight reel, but not nearly as good as we like to remember him being. Bo did finish 10th in MVP voting one time and he was a 1x AS.

Agreed. I am sure his prices will settle down/could fall some if he isn't in the talks/top 2-3 in MVP next year (great buying opportunity then) and when he comes back and pitches too, it should restart the hype/MVP talks if he is able to replicate 75% of what he did this year.

Down the line, I can see him being a DH/playing OF/1B and being a reliever/closer/opener. Basically not pitching as many innings, but still being a quality pitcher over a shorter period of time.

I really think the opener (2-4 innings tops) and playing mostly DH/OF/1B would be the best thing for him when he is in his mid 30s

PSA decided that the noticeably OC base and red parallels are centered while the more centered golds are OC. Kind of a weird decision but at long as they're consistent (lol) I can't complain. Really hoping for 10s on the gold Ohtani/Trout that I submitted.

That set as a whole is fantastic, probably my favorite insert of 2023 along with Bowman Spotlights

Bought some Dollar box Ohtanis this morning; have been looking for page mates for the fantastic 2021 Stadium Club card and found this unique Ohtani leading-off-3rd-base card:

Also picked up the 22 Update Highlights card of Shohei rounding the bases on a Home Run trot. So I am all the way to 3 Ohtani-on-the-basepaths cards. Might take a while yet to reach 9 cards.

I was thinking of selling my best ohtani by the same week he gets the mvp honors. Is that a good moment to sell? Or should I sell now or wait till 2025?

The price will definitely be lower that week than it is today. Best time to sell would be in March

I had no plans to upgrade my 700 Indy, but I couldn't pass this one up. It's gorgeous, tempted to try to cross to a PSA 10 but I've learned my lesson!

Awesome card but zero chance that's a 10. Looks overgraded with the top right and bottom right corners. Nice pickup
