These three orders were completed pretty quick, I definitely thought the CC vouchers would be done a few days before the others, but I got grades on all three yesterday. Two of the orders graded as expected (65% gems and the rest 9's), but the TCG/Non-Sports got hammered... no 10's, three 8's, and even a 7... when I expected about half to gem and the others to all be 9's, with maybe one or two 8's (and both of those cards actually got 9's... go figure).

Still did well on all three, since the biggest cards did better than I expected.

Had a bulk order with pcsc, went super quick, grades popped in a little less than a month. Received at PSA 12/19 and popped today 1/18

By far my worst ever submission it's depressing lol, some cards I understood but some really just threw me off. Oh well I guess. 4 of the cards were my friends and he went 3/4 gem. So in reality I went 3/32 gem lmao

Sent 22 cards to PSA. Thought 21 had a shot at 10's. 20 of them got 10's. My gem rate is usually 66%. Either I'm getting better or got lucky. I'm going with the latter.

Has anyone had a psa order ship in the last 7-10 days? Trying to identify if it’s just some of us being hindered by some glitch, or if they truly are just not shipping all orders?

My order that was complete early last week and still remains in shipped status with no tracking. Tracking info was always available shortly after.

Just curious, does PSA now scan the cards in the $15 bulk orders, or is that still only for the higher service levels?

All levels should be receiving scans as of 1/1/23. That's their stated goal atleast.

Spoke with someone in their CS group and he said their shipping department is "quite backed up at the moment." All of us with orders that have popped in the last week are well aware of that delay, but he didn't have much else to offer other than the obvious. Figured I'd share that with all of you asking the same question I was.

Well the concerning thing is that we have seen no evidence of the “behind schedule” making any headway. It’s like everything just stopped around like Monday or Tuesday of last week. It’s as if the shipping department went on strike or something. Knowing they are behind can I accept that my order that popped yesterday morning hasn’t shipped when it normally should have? Sure. But now that you have 2+ days after the long weekend, why has my order from last Tuesday not been caught up to yet? Just seems like something else is afoot

Have they charged your card yet? I've never had an order get stuck in the shipping purgatory or if it has, its been less than 24 hours so never noticed when they actually hit your card for payment.

Yes of course. The many of us lamenting this situation all have orders popped and paid for, just not shipped

I have been in a continual conversation with a PSA rep, via email, due to the fact that I still haven't received my Loupe credit. I went ahead and asked him if the delay is concerning or if I'm being impatient. His response was wait 2 weeks and if they still haven't shipped to reach out.
