You should get an email once it completes, but there have been some delays recently. I set up credit card alerts to text me when my card is ran, so that way I get notified as soon as I'm charged and the grades are visible.

here is Southern CA

The tracking states that my package is coming from NJ?

So did PSA ship my stuff to NJ to get graded? I know they have an east coast office now, I've just never had that happen.

I'm in bergen county - if I could drop off cards in jersey that would be great and save me time and money on postage and peace of mind.
But I think jersey just do auto authentication if I'm not mistaken.

Mine showed up as well when it was in QA2 in the pop report, but I think the 'hack' they fixed was allowing people to check as far back as assembly. The reason I am assuming they fixed it is they didn't like people seeing what their "original" grades were in case they were changed during QA1.

In my case, I should have been more clear - I didn't use the hack, I just checked the pop report and since my card was the first one they ever graded, I could tell it showed up in the report before they posted it into my account (by like 12 hours). I didn't try the actual hack referenced before.

For anyone who tried to sneak in a submission at the beginning of January when they were adjusting prices, I wanted to give an update - this is what happened to me.

I had a 4 card PSA/DNA Dual Service submission that the form showed it would be $30 per card (DV $999). The total indicated it was going to be $120 + shipping.

When my submission was finished, my CC was charged $269 and I was like WTF - no up-charge emails, etc. What they did was they automatically billed me at $60 per card.

I emailed their customer service, and they actually came through for me:



"I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do see that there was a bit of a glitch in the system when our prices were being updated. Dual service is normally $60/card but you were given the $30 option by error. We will honor the price that is on the submission and refund you $120 for the difference of $30 per card.

Please know that refunds are processed in 3-4 weeks. Once completed, you will see the refund returned to the original form of payment. "

First of my four bulk orders hit assembly. Meanwhile, my one card $100 regular order has been in QC2 for a week and was passed by my three card value order...logic!

My reasoning:

Sent in (5) 2002 Bowman Chrome David Wright autos. I thought they would get 6’s and 7’s with the best one having a chance at an 8. The surface and centering are horrible on these cards.

Final result (4) PSA 9’s and (1) PSA 8.

A few cards later in the SAME order there are (6) 2022 Bowman Chrome colored autos. They all get 9’s. I did not think they would all gem, but they are all 10000% in better condition than every single Wright auto.

For those of you who are having issues with the "hack", have you ensured that you added the appropriate "master sets" to your registry account? The sets of the players you are grading need to be added in order for this to work. If you don't add the sets, you will get the "does not upgrade one of your sets" messages.

I had no problem viewing my grades at the assembly phase over a week ago.

The Estimated Turn Around Time on PSA’s site shows 5 business days and was just curious how accurate that is. I remember a few months back (maybe now even) some of the mid-higher levels were running a bit long while some of the lower sub levels were flying through processing. Looking at this thread it appears the value seem to still be moving quick, generally speaking

this is pretty wild as i believe all of the people who have noted that they fixed the work around (including myself) are all knowledgeable about the ins and outs. Are you working on an app thats not updated maybe? interesting atleast and congrats on making everyone else jealous!

I'm using the latest PSA set registry app for IOS, and I made sure that the player master sets were added (I did this via the web application). As far as my experience has gone, nothing changed. I'm not sure why the different experience for others.
