Somebody talk me out of prospecting a A+ pitcher

I'm usually pretty good at resisting buying prospect pitchers, but my ability to resist is really getting tested today

He's probably not gonna be anything like Paul Skenes once he hits the majors.

Who’s a recent High A pitcher you missed out on? If it’s cheap, buy it, it’s pricy, there will probably be another buying opportunity down the line.

Don't resist. Chase Petty is going to be good and his stuff is so cheap right now you absolutely should buy.

I know I bought a few 1st autos and color recently.

I settled on just one PSA 10 refractor auto. And yes, it was Chase Petty

Just turned 20 years old and tearing up A+? Yeah, I couldn't help myself

Flaherty has been impressive of late, allowing just 2 ER over his last three starts, for a sub-1.00 ERA. I would love for this to be the start of a 2019-esque run.

What are thoughts on Andrew Painter ? He is just now starting to throw light bullpens. Realistically what are any concerns one should have outside of the current injury ?

Abbott: 16 innings into his career, and he has yet to allow an earned run. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m impressed.

He's been incredible, and has really helped stabilize this Reds pitching staff some

I'm desperately trying to trade him where I've got him. The BBs are going to catch up to him. And some flyballs will leave the yard in Cincy. Fun run so far, though!

Going into the way back machine Snell seems to be rounding into form as scheduled for the Padres. That NL West will be an interesting watch from here on in.

You gotta start somehwere especially if the guy turns out to be a stud. I dont think you can go wrong on buying $5 autos and $10 auto refractors. It can take years for them to develop so its a joy to follow them in the minors at each level. If they somehow dont make it, so be it. Enjoy the journey.

I would caution against over bidding on their cards unless its an orange or less. Most of the time, you and maybe a handful of others are the ones setting the market. There are a lot of base autos out there.

I received some McClanahan's in this month.

My 10th 2018 BC Draft Orange Refractor as a pop 1 PSA 10.....with the flip labeled as Gold so I have to send it in to them to get it corrected.
