He is a serious POS.
The fact that he had the audacity to post on here after he was busted and claim it was a honest mistake makes it so much worse imo.

annnnnnnnd....... the white chipping shows up again. I think we can safely say that those pics of the Markakis he was selling was indeed a fake as well.

Has Topps & Ebay been made aware? I assume so & hope so!
Ebay can contact all the potential victims & collect evidence for prosecution. Personally, I think he should face charges on this esp if he is selling fakes for hundreds of dollars..

One big takeaway from this situation: I'm going to have to be really careful about anything expensive that I purchase raw

Lots of Topps Now sellers have used some variation of that. My account was lmttoday until I decided on toppsnowtoday for my handle and website name. He did start a competing Facebook page that I found more annoying.

I already have people hitting me up on ebay wanting extra pics of the backs of my cards (can't blame them). I am not even sure if I want to continue buying for my own set anymore. I definitely won't be buying any to sell/flip. This whole thing has just become one big headache.
This POS has really hurt the Topps.com situation in my opinion.

My guess is prior to this post they would have passed either grading company, no problem. I know the grading companies do patrol these boards, so perhaps now this set is red flagged to keep the graders on the lookout for fraudulent copies.

There are two 11/100 Judge Living Set prints on eBay and he is of course the seller of both. It's the same print but he has it listed for $199 & $399.

Damn it. Looked up a Topps Now card I wanted and thought I recognised the seller’s name on the cheapest one. One quick BO search and I’m back here with Gregg and “uptownsports”. No way I’m buying from him.
