Saw what everyone here is seeing today.

My 2020-21 Optic Mega haul was 17 boxes.

And including last week I am at 24.

that stuff doesn’t flip for much right out of the gate. goes up over time. think back to bowman megas.

looking like a lot of walmart’s didn’t get optic basketball today. obviously a lot that did as well but kind of interesting how many didn’t get a second round this week.

Went to Target today for other things. Was surprised to see one lone blaster of Topps Chrome and 2 blasters of Fire after nothing on the shelves for months. The price marker said 19.99 so I grabbed the Chrome. After I checked out I realized they charged 29.99.... I was mad but like a fool I just took it.

The box wound up being crappy too. As a long time collector for fun I can honestly say I'm done. Just can't justify paying that kind of money anymore.

vendor screwed up. 29.99 will be fine next year but not this year. ok maybe fine is a loose word but i’ll pay it where i wont this year.

My Walmart had tons of Chronicles Draft, Prizm Baseball, Bowman Platinum, and other junk.

It seems like they are stocking sometime between Saturday Morning and Monday Afternoon. Anyone else have a WM that stocks over the weekend? Can't quite figure out when it's being stocked. Maybe Sunday?

Stock times may vary from the norm these next few weeks because Walmart is doing in store Black Friday pokemon starting November 3.

What is the Black Friday Pokemon supposed to include? Just stocking additional SKUs of Celebrations on random days starting 11/3? I think most of the main Celebrations SKUs are now out.

Visited my local Meijer yesterday. LOTS of Chronicle Draft in 3 package sizes. A pretty good amount of Optic Baseball. All this some 40 hours after flip nerd hour on Saturday. Still a couple dozen blasters of Prizm baseball but no more cellos. They did sell 6 of the blue factory sets, from 12 originally.

And one curious product - the “Meijer exclusive” $5, 35 card repack blisters. Most fronted by a flagship purple parallel. Some from 2020, some from 2021. Either MJ Holdings somehow receives these as single cards for use in this product, or they are removing them from unsold Meijer flagship blisters. But where are those blisters going unsold, the last 2 years?

One package did have a Bowman base Luis Robert RC as the front card. Same ? - where did a pack of Bowman go unsold last year?

Guy in a discord I’m in walked up on 40+ Megas and 20+ blasters at a Walmart earlier this week. I thought that’s what we might see everywhere else but I haven’t seen any similar reports.

Funny thing is that I saw the vendor stock last week and there were no optic megas or blasters to be found. Makes me wonder if it was backdoored.
