I got an up-charge email 1 week into QA2. This is painful. I feel like up-charge orders should have higher priority; therefore, be shipped faster.

If you submit a BGS card for crossover will all steps be completed whether it crosses or not? Example, I submitted a BGS card to try and cross it to a PSA 10 via super express. It currently shows it’s in assembly. I’m wondering if that means it crossed or if it’s just going through all the steps before it’s returned to me in the BGS slab…

Goes through the steps. Here's timing on my last crossover that failed to meet min grade. Assembly, QA1, QA2 all within about 2 days.

Thanks for the info. I read that if it passes through QA1 and 2 fast, it almost certainly did not cross. Hopefully I know more tomorrow.

I could understand the QA delays if that meant they were making sure to get things right and actually doing QA, but my last 50 card return had 5 cards mislabeled and 2 with thumbprints...

I was just about to ask if two weeks in QA2 was normal when my grades popped. 32/39 on 10’s. Pretty happy with that.

Still seeing some weird things with the hack. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for entire sets. I have the same copies of cards in the same set in different submissions and one submission it works and the other submission it doesn't. I'm also seeing multiple copies of the same card certs in a single submission working but one cert didn't. I'm at least getting some results again now after several months ago it not working at all.

Do you not use the single consolidated label for multiple orders in the same box? When I send orders, I use the USPS media box to put cards in. Then I stack those boxes inside a bigger box for shipping. On the USPS media boxes, I write the order number and also tape the individual order label. On the big shipping box, I tape the consolidated order label that will scan in all orders in the box once they scan it.

Yes, I do stack the multiple orders (smaller boxes) in one shipping box, but have always put the psa order scanning codes on the outside of the box and on each individual box inside the package. Never had an issue until the most recent order received. I think they just forgot to scan the second code. Will probably give it a few days to reach out. Normally though, they post both orders received as soon as they scan them.

They have a feature where you combine multiple orders and generate one single scanning code to place on the box. You'll need to do that if you are putting multiple orders in one box. You can generate it from the Dashboard. There's a hyperlink on the submission form that will take you there under Combine (Optional). That's probably why they only scanned one, because they are only looking for a single code.

My most recent small order was held up in QA2 for 2 weeks. It just popped and the order was hammered. 11 cards, 10 of which are 2022 and ended up with four 10s and two 8s.
