Injuries having a huge impact on the playoffs in the West.

Utah, Portland, the Clippers & Memphis are the only teams that have all their stars healthy.

Chris Paul is hurt for Phoenix.
AD is hurt for the Lakers.
Doncic is hurt for Dallas.
Murray is hurt for Denver.

Hilarious that Kyrie basically says it was racism that the guy threw that at him. He doesn't hate you because youre black Kyrie, he hates you because you're just a jerk and #@#@#@#@#@#@#@. Kyrie isnt exactly an innocent bystander here either. (No fans shouldn't throw anything but dont act like youre an innocent school girl either)

I'll double down on that take.

Seriously. If LeBron can't take a chip winning team past 1 team out West he's done.

Were you never around for the "LeBron can take any team to the Finals" takes?

Or the recent one that he was too banged up in 18/19 to get them to the Playoffs.

I don't even think it's that big of a call. He couldn't stay healthy this season. I'm not seeing how his health will improve from here on out.

You mean takes from when he hadn't experienced injuries and was in his prime? Age catches up to everyone. Going to knock him for that, too?

Set those precedence now boi. Just in case he does somehow pull off the W. Like you always do. And then be the hypocrite you are and call out others for "excuses". Like you always do.

This hasn’t worked out in their head to heads so far. Trae is averaging 27.1 ppg and 9.4 apg in his career against the 76ers. Of course that’s not playoff basketball so I’m interested to see the difference if the Hawks can finish off this series.

I would have thought this whole narrative would have been put on the shelf for a while. He’s shot 9, 4, 4, and 5 FTs so far against the Knicks. Tatum has shot 17 FTs twice and 15 once in the playoffs so far. Booker had 17 game before last. Davis 21. Noel had 12! one game. Ja had 20. And so on.

There are 13 players who have as many or more FTA than Trae so far in the playoffs and two of those players have only played 3 games. There are 18 players averaging as many or more FTA per game than Trae so far.

WORD!!

Kyrie Irving is a troublemaker. NBA should give him a hefty fine. I want to see him punished for his actions. KD should keep his mouth shut, too unless he's a hypocrite.

I am watching less and less of the playoffs. They are spoiled privileged multi-millionaires who are catered to by the masses. They have “black privilege” but no one mentions that! Fans are out of hand, but players have become super sensitive.

Whoa whoa whoa pause. Aren’t you the guy that made the player/fan interaction thread? What changed your mind?

Players are more sensitive these days but you can't throw bottles at them and spit on them. That's ludicrous.

Sure thing boiiii.

I hope you're ok. You seem like words hurt you a lot.

It's ok to not get so butthurt about LeBron struggling to get past an inexperienced Suns team. But, but injuries amirite.

See ya cutie

I am not even a LBJ homer. I am anti-hypocrites and double standards. Which is all you stand for, really.

Case and point... Injuries only apply to every single NBA player BUT LeBron. Age is in consideration for every NBA player BUT LeBron.

You can use terms like cutie all you want. But we all know you are triggered. You wouldn't be posting about this exact same topic for over a decade if it weren't heavy on your mind and having an effect on you.

I will never agree with fans acting like butts. They have become too involved in the game, meaning bad behavior and should be dealt with. The players should be enjoying THE GAME they SAY they love, but far too many, superstars mostly, are just mad at the very thing. That is why I respect Barkley. He tells it like it is with these players.

But like, you could just watch a much better, much more likeable version of Ben Simmons in Giannis?

Simmons is a good player and I suppose one you'd like to have on your team, but I can't imagine there will ever be a moment in his career where as a fan you will be able to look back and think to yourself "I can't believe I was at that game when he did that".

He just plays a non-exciting, non-goosebump inducing brand of basketball. Works for a role player or solid starter, but superstar? Nah.

Lol.

Okay. Sure you're not.

Not even sure what you're arguing at this point. Seems I own a lot of real estate in your head for someone that isn't a Bron homer.

Peace out boiiii

Is there a league that cares less about their fans than the NBA? I think not.

It’s not in my head. You take up a lot of real estate on this forum without really contributing anything but hypocrisy, double standards and negativity.

My arguments were clear. You refuse to acknowledge them. Any other player gets hurt or gets older it’s a valid reason for a decline in play. But not LeBron. That’s just an excuse.

Isn’t that the second time you said peace out? You can go. You won’t be missed

3x all-star, should be DPoY this year. Best fastbreak player in the NBA.

I guess putting up 42 points on Rudy Gobert this year not exciting enough for you? Hmm.

One of 4 players to have a triple-double in the playoffs at age 21?

Completely shut down Luka, Lillard, Mitchell, Tatum, Beal and many more this season on D. Ben guarded Beal 52% of the time Game 1 for example, Beal had one bucket and 3 turnovers, lol.

Funny how the players “say” they missed the energy of the fans, then blow them off, or worse speak negatively of them. The number one reason the NBA and Hollywood wanted people vaccinated was because they were losing money! Happy SOME normalcy is happening but it’s all about money, unfortunately our hobby has followed suit. I never hate the player, only the game, I AM REFERRING TO THE HOBBY.

Vanessa’s HOF speech struck me. Kobe wanted to play for the fans. Players now take days off way too often for lame reasons. Because it’s all about them. Pregame interaction with fans is still better in MLB than the NBA. Most MLBers seem down to earth. NBAers give off the vibe that fans are a nuance.

Ha ha.

You crack me up.

LeBron isn't that old. Tim Duncan played longer.

I have no idea who you are but thanks for following me for a decade.

Hugs and kisses

Exactly! One of the main reasons I don’t collect autos players.

Ben Simmons was 3-7 with 9 points when Gobert guarded him in that game.
