Once again, vintage was graded very toughly. Some were what I thought they would be but most of them were at least 1-2 grades lower than expected. After my next vintage order finishes, it will be a real debate if i send in another vintage order.

I think the graded on vintage are being negatively impacted by the lack of experienced vintage graders. When you grade so many modern/ultra modern cards it is hard to train your brain and eyes to view vintage different.

The "first look" images still not showing on my recent orders. Just a pop up window that says "no images found for this item". Why even promote this service if it doesn't work correctly. On one of my older orders still stuck in grading, the images aren't assigned to the correct cards.

Crazy how many internal issues PSA has, but yet they are the industry standard.

I think they quote 10-14 business days, but I had some a few months ago take 1-2 months.

Quick question: I just got back from vacation and one of my PSA subs was shipped back to me via FedEx. Since I wasn't here for the three times they tried to deliver it, they shipped it back to PSA yesterday.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I contact PSA to have them ship it again or will they do that automatically?

PSA scanned on 3/10 but still have not starting the "order prep". Usually its next day for me. Normal to take this long? Express order.

The more cards they get, the worse the gem results if you get the wrong grader. It is the process and not the submitters now. I think I read earlier a subber who was averaging 60% gem rates get a 17% rate. That person did not all of a sudden forget how to look at cards. It will continue until the roi’s of the other companies approach the PSA 10 return. 9’s and below are much closer.

My 10-card sub finally popped after 13 days in QA2.

Five Gem 10s, four 9's, and a 6. Actually better than I thought. If you ever wondered what a gem mint looking card with a surface wrinkle only visible on the back would get you, the answer is a 6 which is what I expected tbh. Was hoping for a 7, feared a 5.

Was surprised these are coming back as 10's, these old upper deck jersey cards are starting to come apart a little bit and the glue is making the edges sticky. I knew if I didn't get them slabbed now, it was gonna be too late soon.

no upcharge, these were sent in at the $25 value level (max declared value $499). They probably would have been justified in upcharging me on the Kobe but probably felt bad as it looks so awesome from the front.

I've had a few orders pop recently with another that should pop at any moment. I've found lately for me with ultra modern sports cards it's about 50/50 to gem even when picking the best copies. The first TCG bulk was in line with what I typically see lately with ultra modern TCG results. There were even a few 10's there I wasn't expecting. The TCG order that popped today definitely seemed to get a bad grader. For part of that order, I picked the 7 best copies out of about 70 of the same Pokemon promos and got one 10, 5 9's, and an 8. One card has a pop 90 of 10s and I got one of three 9s and another was pop 67 with every copy getting a 10, and I got a 9....

About how long should I wait after an order arrives and has not been entered before contacting PSA? I had two orders in the same box arrive on 2/27. One, value bulk, was entered on 3/9. The TCG special order still has not been entered. Maybe that one is getting shipped to New Jersey?

I have had a couple orders arrive afterward for the TCG special and those have already been entered.
