Can anyone PM me how the hell I get my wax transferred to Bittrex. I’m only 34 but Christ this #@#@#@#@ makes me feel so much older. I’ve watched multiple videos and I just cannot figure out how. Bittrex and WAX were down for a while but it looks like it is back up now, I just can’t figure out what I need to do to get it from my atomic wallet to there

I think the trout opening day card is way undervalued. Hear me out. First it was the first trout card ever to be minted by Topps. It’s essentially the rookie card for trout.

Second, there are only 5000 of them available.

Finally, we do not know yet if topps will produce more base cards of Trout.. IF Topps follows the format of their Bunt App, they will produce more base cards. Which means the print run of his base card will shoot up.

If anyone is familiar with the Bunt app, you know that Topps releases base cards in every single pack. They randomly insert cards that have to do with the set they’re promoting. If this is the case, the Trout base card will lose value. I think the opening day version will be the key card. Please keep in mind I’m only comparing the base card vs the Opening day card.

Thoughts???

I bought 10 Standard and Premium packs. Opened 1 of each and didn't think much about them until I read this. Guess I will keep the 9 of each unopened!

Lol. I think I figured it out. Trying to do it on my cell when watching videos showing desktops and the builds are different for the websites shown so was having issues. Sent 100 wax to Bittrex to test it out, now just waiting on that 100 to hit the account. Anyone who has used Bittrex before have any estimate as to how long it usually takes?

I've never done it FROM WAX.IO to Bittrex, but in the mobile app there are buttons under the WAX holdings menu to either deposit or withdrawl WAX. If I click deposit, it asks to make a new wallet address. I stopped there, but I would suspect that's what you wanted?

Maybe try sending 10 WAX or so just to see if it shows up?

use kucoin. they give you a wax id and memo. you send it there, 10 minutes later or so in wallet.

That's my thinking as well, but I am digging the collecting aspect of it currently. If I wasn't having fun with it, I'd be thinking exit strategy at some point. I'd probably at least want to wait until after the first 5 crafting weeks though. A few of my cards(?) are pretty close to being PC actually. I'm not sure I'll want to move my Freeman, Pujols, or Cabrera cards.

Right now the cheapest Opening Day Trout is 508 WAX while the cheapest Series 1 common base Trout is 830 WAX. I don't own either of them, but I would choose the common base and I'll explain why.

There are about half as many common base Series 1 as there are Opening Day to begin with. If the card is an ingredient for crafting packs, the price could go up due to the demand and then all the cards burned to craft would be removed from circulation so it would become even more rare.

I have played with the Topps Bunt app for a couple years now, but I disagree with your guess that they will include more Series 1 base cards in future NFT releases. I could be wrong, but that would surprise me. Topps has said that they have separate teams working on Bunt and the NFTs and they are treating them as different products with different purposes. I think if they release NFT packs based on Heritage (for example), the packs would only include Heritage base cards along with inserts and parallels. That's my guess.

So let’s say they do keep the print run the same. How do you feel about the opening day being the 1st Trout card?

I'd be surprised if Trout is an ingredient, but it would sure be interesting. That would cause some crazy prices and some difficult choices. If they used him for a 1952 group he wasn't in, the print run on that group could be miniscule. I'd wager that there won't be more series 1. While it would be tempting to print more money, I think it is in their long term interest to get the market up and running and keep the hype high. Adding more packs would create ill will and cause the cards to lose desirability and hurt confidence in their future issues. There is too much at stake in developing a robust market to risk it on issuing more series 1. If they want more cash fast, they can always just drop Heritage or Bowman. One thing I do wonder about at the end of the year is the possibility of "factory sets", but I bet prices get too high for that to happen.
I do think that the ingredient boost for base has a shelf-life, we just don't know what it is yet. The Opening Day might get a little bump for being first, but the extra print run will likely keep it a bit below the base.

Prices have really gone up in the last 24 hours. Across the board. Even the wood coins are over $3. Premium packs are almost $1k

I may unwind my collection a bit while things are hot to see if I can cover what I’ve put in without giving up my core collection. Then it’s all house money. My current value has me a little nervous.
