Question on days to file an IND. Is it three days or three business days? Also, does the day the package arrives count as a day or does the clock start the next day? Reason I ask is I've got a bunch of stuff from Friday to open, but if it's past the deadline, I'll do the stuff from yesterday first.

The way I do it is search for "repeat". The issue is sometimes I forget this step.
There is a drop down box in your awaiting shipment tab. You can select from:

Date Buyer Paid
Buyer
SKU
Order Total

Typically, I have it set to date (oldest), but sometimes I recognize I might have multiple transactions from buyers, so I will select "buyer."

I have to do it that morning. I end up putting packages together before bed.
Get home at 6PM, have dinner, put your envelopes together, and then walk the dog at 8PM and drop them all in the blue mailbox on the corner. Problem solved.

Thank you. That could come in handy if sales ever pick up.

Except I don't live in a neighborhood with a blue mailbox on the corner. I have to drive 10 minutes to the nearest one. Small town life, living in the country.

Remember, I'm the guy sending messages to buyers about saving 30 cents per, so I'm certainly not calling you cheap, but you airing it here makes me think it seems important to you too, so that has to be worth a short drive to a mailbox.

This tome of year I would avoid putting anything in a blue box. Already seen a couple broken open. Lots of gift cards and stuff being mailed. Thrives are out in force

Im merely looking for advice from members who've dealt with a similar experience. I know what I would need to do from my end.

I use the blue box everyday. Just make sure they are picked up each day, and do not drop packages/envelopes in them after they've already been picked up.

It's not worth it to drive 10 miles to save 30¢. A 10 minute walk I'd be on board with. It's what I typically do.

The one suggestion I might make (other than accept it as a good thing) is to print the shipping label, but don't mail it until the next day. If they buy more items, then you can add them to the envelope. Or just don't ship every day for this particular buyer.

My 4 week rolling average is lower than at any point in 2023. In fact it's the lowest it's been since March of 2022....which is before I expanded my inventory.

ETA: That's about 45% of the corresponding 4 weeks from 2022.

This is now how I'm going to handle it. My first thought was about the possibility of the buyer saying the card wasn't received, but we're talking about a $3 card after he's bought a dozen, or so. Doesn't really make sense in this scenario.

For those that do sales and have large inventories, I was just setting mine up for the weekend and noticed you can have 15,000 items per now (up from 10,000). Nice change for large sellers.

Thing I just learned: When issuing a refund for a cancelled order, I am out the ad fee. Another 68¢ down the toilet.

Seems sketchy. I can almost justify the 30 cent processing fee, which they always keep during refunds, but the ad fee can be very substantial and I don't think they should be allowed to pocket that, because it is calculated from the sale price.

I still only see 10K and I have a premium store. What level store do you have?

Premium store here as well. I'm top rated plus. Maybe thats the difference? I figured it was across the board, because mine was only 10k last week. I wouldn't think that would be a targeted change, but a site change. Maybe someone else will chime in and tell us what they see.

This next week couldn’t come at a better time. I’ll have the week off and the plan is to go through every card in my inventory, price adjust them all, send what I need to send for grading, blow out anything more than a year old, and maximize the potential with my eBay store via promotions and sales. It’s gonna be a fun week.

I have a question and I think I know what the answer is, but I am not 100% sure:

I had a buyer claim that an ESU did not make it to him. It seemed to have been lost in the Chicago hub. I gave it a few days and then refunded him. Eventually I remembered to file the PIP, which was granted within a few days. Yesterday I got the card back from the USPS. It said the address was undeliverable.

I am not sure if I just relist the card as everything is basically back to where it should be. I am not too worried about the $6 that the USPS is out. I am sure that they owe me much more than that. Or should I contact the buyer and see if he wants it again first? I do not believe the card has changed in value or if that should matter.

May have been a targeted promo. Like the old Ebay bucks and such used to be.

ETA friend of mine who is TRS plus does not show it on his. So likely either targeted or a slow site roll out.

Not like I will ever use them anyway.

Another odd glitch this morning. When I print out labels the Ebay page before you print is showing the ship by date as yesterday. These are items set to ship today.
