Don’t follow the Cavs much, but sounds like Love is a shell of his former self. I think Drummond would be nice. Fixes the defensive rebounding problem, even if he isn’t the greatest defender. Getting those defensive rebounds and allowing Luka to have the ball in transition is a huge plus. He will find the open shot.

Drummond is interesting. Mavs would likely have to give up too much to get him. He'll chase the $ in free agency, rightfully so.

Don't think Mavs need to pay a big $25M+, especially with Powell owed $11M+ for 2 more seasons after this.

I don't know how i feel about Drummond. I think he'd be great on the Celtics but i don't know if the Mavs would be the right fit. KP plays his best when he's at the 5 and prefers to play at the 5. He's said that many times. But Drummond would get more rebounds for them.

I think they need another good shooter/scorer. THJ is either hot or cold he's not reliable to put up 20+. How they upgrade from him with the limited players available i'm not sure.

I hate Evan Fournier on my Orlando Magic but think he'd actually be a great fit in Dallas since he wouldn't have to do any playmaking (unless he played with the second unit).

Mavs need 2 things. Rebounds and more consistent 3pt shooting. Drummond takes care of one of those needs with authority. And he is a decent scorer.

Who can we even trade for him? I wouldn't give up MAxi, but it would take like Dwight Powel and James Johnson or Dwight and Timmy H.

It would be interesting - not sure if cavs would take that even with draft pick sweetners but maybe.

James Johnson is sweet at times but he makes a lot of bone headed plays as well. Timmy is just hot and cold like crazy on offense but defense, he is pretty bad.

Dwight Powel, is average at everything imo.

I'm not sure about the fit but thats all I can thin of as far as real scenarios.

If WCS could make a basket inside it would help. I've lost count over the last 10 games how many good looks Luka has given him and he either misses, gets fouled can't hit ft's, or turns the ball over with an extra bad/pass.

The Luka Downtown Raw which was up for auction on Ebay
just ended at 7,099. It looked a little beat up so while
the auction was still going I was curious and asked
Probstein in his opinion would this grade around
an 8 and he said yes. If this is true it seems way
too much for this card. Could it be the victim of shill
bidding. In contrast a PSA 10 just recently sold for 14,700
