I don’t really think Baller’s the number one artist (aesthetically) but people have been using that catch phrase, #1 and #1, on this thread. Safe to say the artists are happy to have Baller on board.

I haven’t really liked Ermsy’s other stuff, but I bought the Gibson because I liked it

There are more sellers than buyers. I’m sure there are plenty of people holding, just not as many people as I think there should be based on how valuable cards 1-86 are now with 25k+ looking like a potential minimum PR moving forward. Most of the sales are fear-driven. Are you upset that you’ve missed the boat and being a smart ass or what? I’m not sure I’m taking to your point.

The seller could have done 2 or 3 minutes of homework and made an extra few thousand dollars. |

Baller Trout BINs bouncing back into the $130’s. I think Baller himself will not allow it to drop further - keep buying Ben!!

Paid $200 for a Don C Thomas. The amount I almost pulled the trigger on 2 days ago, then was pissed when the cook groups targeted it yesterday running it up to over $300.
As a relative late comer (first purchase on 5/18), I've done well (unrealized) gain wise but was not focused on sets until it was too late. Don C was my last chance at collecting a run (artist or player). |

As far as SCI goes, I can’t think of more ironically awful investment advice right now than eschewing buying a dip on cards/art that have a massive reach outside of collectors for a box of Bowman Jumbo in a year where we’re not going to play minor league baseball and now it has been announced that minor league teams are going to cut a bunch of players to be able to keep the lights on.

I agree for the most part. It’s a nice enough card but photoshop is photoshop. Give me the art cards, goofy looking or realist. But every card and every artist has its place and it’s fans!

Sure. He seems to be upset that he was late joining the party and missed out on good investments.
