21/53 Gem, but 1 we wanted Authentic, and 19 others we knew wouldn't gem but were PC for a customer so he wanted them slabbed. So really we went 21/33 on possible gems. Also about a dozen of the cards were over the $499 max by a decent amount and we did not get an upcharge, so there's a positive.

Yeah they're very behind on actually logging in orders right now. Have 2 that arrived last Tuesday, 1 regular, that hasn't been entered yet. What's wild is the last order that popped for me last week was in QA2 for only a day, and that's usually the hold-up. The inconsistency is mind boggling but it is what it is.

Super frustrating when other submission at the same service level are rolling into grading in ~1 month and I'm sitting here at 2+ months with nothing.

No kidding. Same story. I sent in two monthly special value orders on March 13. One came back in 30 days, the other is sitting in grading with absolutely no status updates whatsoever. Two orders. Exact same submission level. One was 50 items, the other 125 items. Very, very frustrating the inconsistency and the lack of help or concern from customer service staff when you try to contact them just to make sure there isn't something wrong with the order.

Oddly late last night the tracking switched to saying something like "must pick up by 6/7 or will be returned to sender. This was like at 1am.

Now it is showing as picked up yesterday around 11am. WTH lol. Oh well, think it's in their possession.

WhatIf? Im sure theyre taking a bunch of your 10s and downgrading them to 8s and 9s. They have to crack and reslab.

Some people, especially east of the Mississippi, hate them but I go FedEx next day now from the west coast, and no problems at all.

My vintage order has been in Q2 since 5/26 with the list gone since 5/31. hopefully it pops soon.

Side note, i think my modern order that just finished on Monday is the first order that I can remember being shipped from the NJ facility. Interesting to see that tracking

If this makes you feel any better, I have a vintage order still in grading from 3/16 and only 21 cards. Really have no clue why the graders are having a problem with them as they are standard cards and as far as I could tell, they were not altered in any way.

I just feel that their vintage team is quite small which is causing delays no matter what stage the order is in.

Their vintage team was clearly not ready for them to run a Vintage special. My vintage order has also been in Grading stage since mid-March.
