My base set finally arrived about an hour ago. I was one of the users that didn't receive a Trae moment so I received an email they would be sending me 60 dapper. I was pleased considering they are selling around mid 40s or so now. I heard some users received two Traes so I guess that would have been ideal, ha.

Yes you can use Dapper wallet. 100k packs for $49 and chance to hit /75 moments. This is the right way to start out. Open to anyone and pretty good shot at getting a pack and small chance to hit a super rare moment without needed a certain collector score and spending $999 on a pack. Hopefully marketplace is open immediately or at least very soon. They have a second drop the next week I think

I just saw that Collectable is going to be selling fractional shares in a 27% ownership of the Lebron S1 Legendary 4/59. I think that adds even more legitimacy to TS and NFT but it’s also ridiculous.

Weekend Challenge. Embiid starts the night off with 40 points. Scottie Barnes (only one moment) currently has 27 pts with 7 mins to go, could become a huge bottleneck.

I would think if they keep including him in the challenges, people would become disinterested.

Anytime there is a rookie, with no other moment, who makes the challenge, people don't do the challenges. The only ones who do are the ones with the moment already or the whales.

Has happened many times this season with Bane, Franz Wagner, Barnes, Patty Mills on the rare challenge etc.

The challenges are random assortments of players who happen to have good nights. TopShot is not intentionally including anyone except for the ones they specify are individual requirements like Kevin Durant in this one.
What they could do is make sure these players are next up on the 60K mint list and inserted into Series 3 packs, at least for the "Easy" Challenge. But that will likely devalue the existing moments faster.

He didn't end up scoring any more last night, so the current leaderboard looks like:
Embiid 40
Morant 38
Harden 37
DeRozan 35
Giannis 30
Gilgeous, LeBron, Nurkic 29

But my guess is none of the 29 or 30 pt games will be there at the end of the weekend.

Ended up getting selected for a stress test today for the UFC packs.

99% chance of getting 3 24k moments. 1% chance for /75 moments. 2500 packs. Lot of the fighters were trash too. Got 2 Gane & 1 Pimbett.

I do like the fact you have a shot at a /75 with no collector scores introduced, but the risk is too high for me.

slightly off topic - but I tried downloading all my 2021 transactions from dapper and it is very unimpressive. It just gives you all your activity (pack purchases, buys, sells.) So on the moments I flipped or took losses on, I have no cost basis unless I click through every transaction. I started an excel file for 2022, which I would recommend to those who want to keep good track of their top shot profit.

Some good moments. Really sad to see Ja's block a Legend reward, was hoping that would be more accessible like a H&S drop 2 reward or an MGLE rare etc.

Current stats for the challenge. According to the rules, if a player makes the list twice, you need two moments. So DeRozan is in the clubhouse with two moments (most likely), and the 2x 29 point games from Gilgeous will probably get overtaken tonight.
