They only open the challenge when the games are completed so they know which player moments are needed to achieve the challenge. The rules are set in the blog post, and everyone can figure out which moments are needed before the challenge page is created.

Allday had NFL rings ,scores selling on different platforms at the same time. that was horrible.

To much time to hunt down the blog posts and keep track of everything on TS. The only reason i check is to sell and leave TS.

Wish TS went back to the old days , more like collecting, it is too much like a game or some type of fantasy gambling now. Have never played fantasy football in my life. Looks like fun, but there are better things to do in life for me at this time.

Thanks, It was a small headache this time. Really wanted to wait as i thought the market would crash this year. But the rates and inflation going up so fast, prices might actually stay the same or actually keep going up. Just a weird economy right now, almost like TS (jk, jk jk).

I think for a guy like Embiid it won’t be too much of a difference. I see the main difference being for a limiter. If you sell Embiid now you cash out. If a big time limiter gets in today, it’ll kill any Embiid for when the challenge actually posts. But if someone boring gets in he probably goes up a bucks or 2

Today could be a big swing for the week long challenge for the Tatum MSFE.

Bunch of guys in the Pacers/wolves game hit 3s at a high rate and have a small-ish mint count

Guys I’ve bought and speculated on:

Buddy - no S3, has a S2 40K. Snagged 2 at 15, hes up to 18. Is 3rd in the league in 3PM per game
Ant - 1 S3 LE, certainly a more expensive guy but has a decent mint count. Cheapest moment at 34
DLo - top 10 in 3PM and has a super small mint count, think his highest mint is a 15K S2
Beasley - Cheaper and less likely but does make 3s at a high clip per game


Now I say all this and watch Trae drop like 10 3s and clean it up

Yeah I’m currently living the city life, enjoy living in the city and my gf and I are planning on buying a house in about 2 years. We’re hoping by then the market will be much colder than it is right now

A big factor is building supplies are almost impossible to get right now and even if someone wanted a new house built a lot of the contractors are saying you'll have to wait 2 years. It's driven up the demand for houses that are actually available. At least that's what i've been told by someone who flips houses.

That with the pending increase in home interest rates with the Fed leveling off their lending rate, people are realizing they can save $100K on a $300K house by over-paying for it now, but locking in a rate in the 3s before we return to the 6% APRs.

Yes, 1000%. Really thought the market would crash this year. But watching the inflation numbers and the feds movement. The rates went up from 3.15%s to 3.75-3.99% in one month with good to excellent credit.


Will be in the 4's% real soon. Prices may go down, but the rate will make it the same or actually more expensive in the long run.
