You impress all of us every day. I agree your outfit of the day does need to be rated by FT, start posting them on here or share your insta and use #ootd like I do on mine.

BO is weird today. More weird than normal... I think the heat is making people a little squirrely.

I would just guess that the outfit required to lick windows all day would be a wife beater, jeans, and flip flops.

I'll give you a clue as to what your audience was at the meeting. The Branch Chief had on a shirt and tie. Your company Vice President had on a nice shirt and jacket. If you are the Deputy Program Manager of around 80 employees, you don't show up to a meeting with those two looking like you bought the first collared dress shirt you found on the rack at Kmart.

You hold a lot of reverence based on what a person wears. Weird.

I prefer a window licker in flops who does the job to perfection over some stodgy dude wearing a tie that cares more about his corner office than he does the people that do the actual work.

It's called respect for one's position as well as corporate dress code.

And no employee would ever tell you that I didn't go to bat 100% for them when they are in the right. I've only had one employee walk out the door complaining about working for me and that was over pay; and it wasn't my call, it was the Program Manager's. Then again when he wasn't administering his servers, he was watching Asian girls in short skirts jumping on trampolines.

1) I have no idea what she looks like since no one was on video in the interview.

2) She starts next week when I'm on vacation.

3) I've actually never had a hot girl as an employee.

Glad to see you are finally taking a vacation!

By the way, I have had to counsel a few employees at my last command over their appearance and dress code violations.

I had one female who was my Help Desk Team Lead who every Friday she looked like she just stepped out of a hip hop video. She liked to wear floppy hats (hats are against the dress code) and a nose ring (also against the dress code). The hilarious thing about her is that she had other issues and I had to go for a formal counseling with her in front of HR and she wore the nose ring to that counseling. The HR lady was like, "I'll have to amend this counseling statement for a dress code violation too."

I've also had a male employee who wore a hat and a male employee who decided he was going to wear t-shirts (also against the dress code policy).

My next one will be for your and Ruggy's wedding. I don't want to miss the wedding of the century.

I'm hoping it's in the fall so I can stop in the middle of the road to watch the changing leaves.

Leaving in a bit for surgery, but man this Rosen to Cleveland stuff has me in a great mood.

As long as he can throw one interception as a Brown in a real, live NFL game, I'll be happy.

Hope all goes well. My dad had another skin cancer surgery this morning and has another one next week.

Everyone in my family gets skin cancer, so they’re cutting a half dozen or so more spots off. Nothing major, just a few stitches in a couple spots.

Living in the sunniest city in the country doesn’t help either

Has he been diagnosed with melanoma or is more removal of precancerous stuff?

Lost my dad and my uncle to that stuff and my mom had an aggressive case of basal cell carcinoma on her face that left her sightly disfigured. (A family friend plastic surgeon did great work to rebuild the lower half of her face)

I mean just great writing.

Just found out that the Astros are playing a doubleheader today.

Who are they playing and when does the first game start?

I can't remember the type of cancer it is. He tried to keep it a secret from me because he didn't want me to worry. I didn't know he had it until the night before his first surgery when they had to cut a bit place out of his forehead. That 1 was big enough that a plastic surgeon had to do some work. Today was to remove a smaller spot and next week is to remove smaller spots.
